I am extremely pleased with Vantage Credit Union. It's so convenient in every area of my banking needs. I'd recommend anyone 2 bank there! In addition, their customer service representatives are always pleasant and eager to assist.

This new app is not user friendly. I am not sure why they needed to change. The previous application was more functional. None of my former payers transferred for bill pay. In fact, writing checks is easier than using this app. You cannot view checks. Need seperate sign ins for accounts at same credit union. Very inconvenient. Not pleased.

My account has been hacked 6 times I have been charged for cards all but 1 time. Now I can not get to any of my fund's. I have no checks and no debt card. Also noticed that my savings account has been charged 10$ in the last two weeks for no reason. They said they will fast track a card in 3 to 6 business days mean while I can't pay my bills. This not a good practice. My card should have been overnighted. For all the trouble I got miss information about what to do with my old account and they want to pay to close my overdraft loan off. Now I can't with all the overdraft fees and returned checks. Unbelievable. Never been more unhappy!!!!

I went in to the lobby to withdrawal from my account Wednesday and a lady by the name Cheyenne was extremely rude and short with me for absolutely no reason. It seems like the West Florissant location has really gone down hill.

Customer service Halls Ferry branch was horrible. teller number 3 from the right should be fired. i see way they are replacing them with computers no customer service skills at all.

On 11/9 I went to this location to make a cash deposit. I asked the ATM Teller if any sort of hold would be placed on a cash deposit going into an account at a different credit union and was told, "No, Vantage Credit Union does not place holds on cash deposits." So, I made my deposit only to be told by my credit union today, that the funds won't be available until 11/16 because of the hold that VANTAGE CREDIT UNION PLACED! This was an inconvenience and an example of how professional incompetence always leads to customer dissatisfaction.UPDATE/REPLY TO THE OWNER 11/15/22: AGAIN...THE HOLD WAS PLACED BY VANTAGE CREDIT UNION (VCU)!! Therefore, VCU CAN override/reverse the hold! Furthermore, since leaving this review, I have spoken with someone from VCU's Customer Service and the Leadership Team who provided me with nothing other than an apology. However, I was told by Stephanie - of the Leadership Team that someone would call me from E-Commerce to further assist & I still have yet to receive a call! That said, don't bother, just re-educate your team on VCU's deposit hold policies, and please learn to read with an understanding before replying.

the location is well maintained and the reps are always nice, courteous and professional. This location is convenient and my experience is always pleasant. As I see the few complaints about speed...at any given time any bank or credit union could have slow response time. Great back!

Every single time I come here, the tellers are extremely slow in the drive thru lines. Greenway chase has less teller service and shorter wait times. Please make that make sense! Fix it!!!! I try to avoid coming to this branch at all costs!
