The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Linda, the (only) employee is absolutely off her rocker. Making up rules, posting signs, yelling at people, making false claims about what USPS can and cannot do… absolutely unreal. I won’t even drop off an envelope here for fear of getting yelled at by some weird, paranoid, dishonest control freak.

The mail carrier has been leaving the mail just laying on the porch, not in the mailbox. I reported her and now I have an issue receiving my mail all together. Smh

I gave 2 stars bc at least they get the job done. But the customer service is severely lacking. Linda is awful, just try to bite your tongue, she always manages to piss everyone off.

Online stated that they didn’t close till 5pm! Got to the location around 2PM and the doors were locked had multiple people show up, and then left once they noticed the doors were locked!

I really like this post office, the location, the staff of workers, as well as the postal workers that bring my mail to my house. You all do a very wonderful job and are appreciated.

Terrible! just terrible! I don't even know why this location remains open, its closed during peek hours for "lunch". Only 2 people allowed in the building even if your just grabbing boxs or mailing materials because the old lady is a covid control freak. so you have to wait outside in the cold. She should be fired and this postal building should be shut down. This is why USPS needed a bail out years ago because they allow non functioning buildings to run with poor management. This is a waste of our taxes and time. They get a 90 minute "lunch break" and its rare if opened on time after their lunch break, typically its an additional 10 minute wait outside waiting for them to open the door so that 2 people can go in and the rest wait outside.

After going to office on Lindbergh, this office is so much better. The young lady at the counter is always pleasant and very helpful. So thankful I have choices.

The only lady that works here is crazy. She lies to you about postal regulations. Told me there was no way to mail an item in a box that I purchased there, because a standard label wouldn't all fit on one side completely. Had to drive to a different post office, which of course had no problems with it.Avoid this one at all costs if you can. Her goal is to drive customers away it seems like.

I arrived early in the morning, possibly before a rush. I saw posts before talking about how the woman working the front was unpleasant. When I met Linda, she was quite the opposite. She was incredibly helpful and very nice, especially since I was a bit clueless about what I should have been doing. I feel many reviews that are negative in her light are done with ill will. It was a great experience.

I don't like that they only allow 2 people inside at all times. However, the lady working was very nice and helpful.

Nice location, historic feel until you walk in the building and then it changes. Poor customer service, employee wouldn’t take a prepaid package. Tried to get shipping supplies which she said they weren’t available however when I went to leave they were all for sale right there in the waiting area.
