Just sent my daughter in to see what you needed to open a checking account and she was told that basically they are too busy on Saturday not enough workers and she should open it online. Maybe if you wouldn’t have closed all the locations in the schnucks stores you wouldn’t be so busy.

I went through the drive-thru on Saturday the 17th of December at about 11:40 a.m. I had $50 in cash that I was going to get $50 in quarters the lady asked me for ID I said I wasn't doing any transactions for my account so I shouldn't need an ID to do a cash for cash she goes you need an ID I told her I said here is my bank card proving that I am a account holder here. I told her to get me the manager so I could talk to the manager the manager tells me the same thing that I needed ID which I don't think is right. Since I was only getting cash for cash it seems like you have a lot of problems with this branch and I do believe that you need to fire a lot of people and get a good group of people working here or eventually I am going to close my account and go to a new bank in another establishment. This cannot keep happening I've gone here four other times over the past and never had a problem and all this sudden I have a problem with your bank I have been a customer with this bank for over 25 years or more you need to fix this and I need to get somebody to respond to me personally to resolve this issue.

I use this bank weekly to make deposits for my employer and they are great! One teller in particular is not only helpful but friendly and we have great conversations while he completes the deposit. I look forward to seeing him each week. The other tellers are not as chatty but they are helpful and usually offer suckers for my kids. Yes, the drive thru is slow and my deposits take a while to process as with any bank because I have quite a lot of coins each week. Other banks did not like to help me and sometimes refused my deposits, I've never had a rude experience here!

I went through the drive thru and asked for a specific amount off my card. The lady told me my card was declined. Went to the next bank and got my money right off.. As a African American I believe she didn’t run the card just said it was declined.. I asked her how much she run it for she got a attitude and said what you told me too..

JUST LEFT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND REQUESTED DEPOSIT SLIP AND WITHDRAWAL SLIPS TO OBTAIN A CASHIER CHECK AND ASKED FOR ENVELOPE... WORKED WITH AN "TASHA", ASKED FOR LAST NAME SHE REPLIED WITH ROLLED EYES "TASHA"!!WE WROTE DOWN ON OUR WITHDRAWAL SLIP WHAT WE WANTED THE CASHIER CHECK TO BE MADE OUT FOR... IT WAS RETURNED WITH MISSING DETAILS, WE ASKED WHY... SHE EXCLAIMED TOO MANY CHARACTERS AND OUR POLICY CHANGED... AND TO WRITE IN WHAT'S MISSING ON YOUR CASHIER CHECK! REALLY??!!NOOOO ONE WANTS TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING FOR NO APPARENT REASON... MAY WE SUGGEST YOU EITHER PULL "TASHA" FROM THE TELLER LINE OR GET HER TAUGHT SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. DO YOU HONESTLY WANT "TASHA" TO BE THE FACE OF THE BANK AND SETTING THE TONE? SHE MAKES "US" LOOK BAD.
