The red head white guy has a negative and nasty attitude. The associates are not friendly. The female supervisor was yelling at the associates, while customers were in the store. Please work on customer service skills. ?

if this is the store with the dierberghs... let me tell you the worst store experience. Employees here are excellent...the owner not so much. He is always hovering over his employees micro managing because he ideally wants to charge you if he uses his tape. Not to mention they had my tape and dispenser for over a month because I forgot it there accidentally. Customer service from the owner is really poor.
He charges $5 to use the computer....I go to the chesterfield store, 63005 and they charge $1. I don't have a problem paying for extra but this guy is AS RUDE CAN BE. He didn't care about a bad review I was going to blast him with....I wonder if cooporate knows how he treats his employees. He flat out told me when I told him I will never come back again...he said Please don't ... you are more trouble than I need. Amazing.

for the most part, the business is handled appropriately. but also for the most part, there are children working in the store playing around. they should work, but some one needs to teach them how.

Was walking in with a pretty big box. A gentleman was walking out and came to get the box from me and took it into the store and placed it on the
counter. He indicated he worked there. I didn't know if he was leaving shift or on break but after setting it on the counter he walked out. It was thoughtful and courteous. I don't know his name, but really appreciated it. In today's world it's difficult to see random acts of kindness and he embodied it.

Always a pleasant experience at this store. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the line moves quite quickly. I would definitely recommend this UPS store.

Typically great service, but sometimes employees are standing around using cell phones. These cell phones might be UPS issued, but scary if not. Are employees making social media videos of customers or the UPS day to day transactions to upload. Privacy concern for customers when in a UPS store. Potential lawsuits in the end?

If you required proper customer service - come to this UPS Store !!In the fall of 2023, I needed to ship 200+ paper models to VA, quickly. I dispatched my elderly friend who owned the models and his daughter to this UPS store - they were greeted by the manager, Jamie Wright, with not only professionalism, but courtesy and efficiency. Everything was packed in one box and arrived safely to support the 25th International Paper Model Convention in Sterling, VA. I am very impressed with this level of customer service and wanted to publicly say THANK YOU Jamie!!

No matter how long the line of customers is, these folks always seem to be fast and efficient. This time was no exception! I was in and out in no time, and was even asked if I was an AARP or AAA member so I could save a little money! Excellent service. :)
