I was greeted when I walked in which was great. I was asked if I needed any help which was great. The lady named Mariah who rung me out was friendly. My problem is, if a customer hands you her ID and instead of you handing it back you put it down on the counter instead is not good.

Takeyah is inattentive to her clients but it's not entirely her fault, they somehow are having her do 2 clients at one time, which is impossible. It's unfortunate because her rate is $11 higher than everyone else's for the exact same service. I saw Mercedes help clients in a timely manner, and her rate is lower, yet she takes so long because they make her do 2 ppl. I booked an appointment and waited 40 min while she chatted with customers who were booked during my time and played on the phone. I've been to other locations and got out in an appropriate time, not here.

I needed a product I couldn’t find but purchased there many times. One of the girls asked if I needed help
I said yes and she listened and said let me check this product . She found out it can only be ordered on line now . So I ordered two and they are shipping to my home . No shipping charge . I was very happy that this store representative took the time to help me. Always friendly , helpful.

A salesperson offered right away to help me locate what I was looking for. I found what I needed. I proceeded to the checkout and there was no one there. There were other people that had been waiting quite a while to check out. I heard the first salesperson say let me locate someone to come to the checkout several times. I waited a while then finally left. It was ridiculous that there was no one at the checkout as busy as that store was.

After waiting over 5 minutes for someone to assist me at the check out counter (associates were helping friends with products). The associate brought her friend to the check out counter, ignored me and began ringing up her friends products while saying to her "you were in line before her." I left $300 of products on the counter and walked out. I have been treated poorly in this location before but never to this extent. I will go to other Ulta's or even Sephora before I return here.

I had My hair cut yesterday by takeyha and I just wanted to say she is so sweet and I have never had anyone put as much effort into making My hair look how I wanted it its so hard to find a good stylist these days i will definitely be back i highly recommend going to see her I have struggled with self confidence now for awhile I have hated My hair for such a long time and she made me feel good about myself again and I have a new boost of confidence after my cut and I feel so grown it just looks so good I'm obsessed thank you takeyha

Had to give 2 stars because the hairstylist up there are very rude and unprofessional and don’t know how to communicate with you on such short notice won’t be coming back or serving my business up there

If you have naturally curly hair and have been looking for someone who understands how to style and cut naturally curly hair, look no further and book with Mercedes!My struggle is one with tears following EVERY hair cut after deciding to cut my hair off. Every month I would find a new place to try, pray, and hope for a good outcome. The last place before this ULTA was the straw that broke the camel's back. I went almost two months without a haircut after that, afraid.Two months passed and I was desperate. My hair had grown into an unprofessional mess, and I needed a haircut badly. When I went to Mercedes, she immediately put my mind at ease. She showed me a photo of her own hair cut similar to my desired style and her hair texture was similar to mine. I knew she at least understood my hair texture. But she also understood that I wanted something edgy, but not too edgy bec I work in corporate. She understood how I wanted my hair lined, but that I didn't want to look boyish. My cut is perfect.I could have cried when she was done, happy tears. I was sooo please with my haircut. I WILL be back every three weeks, or every month. I WILL be brining my curly daughters in to see her as well.Feels like a burden has been lifted. You know our hair/crown means so much to us.

This is a review for Mercedes, a Master Stylist at the Ulta Flo location.I walked into Ulta hoping to make an appt to get my hair cut within a short notice, and Mercedes greeted me with a smile. I have a short hairstyle, so am always apprehensive about a new (to me) stylist, but she put me at ease. She was confident and kind. Mercedes gave me exactly what I wanted, and I have gotten SO many compliments on my hair. She also gave me some excellent advice on color removal. I really appreciate stylists like her!!Mercedes, if you're reading this, THANK YOU!

I was in there 20 minutes and no one bothered to ask me if I needed any help until I was walking out the front door. I wouldn't go to this one, get in the car and drive to mid Rivers or Chesterfield or even the one on Olive!
