These people let customers car get stolen without notifying them. They continuously. lied about my car parts arriving when I called about an update then eventually just stopped answering. 5 days later the police called to notify us that the car had been stolen days ago!!!!!! Run from the people go to a more reputable dealer.

If l could give y’all no stars, I will how do you allow somebody to steal my truck off your lot and then in the contract you’re not even responsible omg!! PLEASE be aware of these people and not take your car there or you won’t have a vehicle! Don’t let me forget on top of that I believe it’s an inside job because how do somebody get my vin number and my truck is on your property Help me understand that. NEVER AGAIN YALL ARE HORRIBLE NOW IM OUT OF A WHOLE DAMN TRUCK

I would never recommend you to go to this shop Never.. my 2020 QX 50 was stolen in their possession and they said that they were not responsible for it.. I drop my car off Wednesday, August 7, 2024. They said it would be done by Friday the ninth. Then turned around and said the parts did not come. I called them Monday all day Tuesday and Wednesday all day no answer no communication. Thursday, August 15, 2024, I called my daughter and told her to click over and call them for me. They answer from her number they said that my truck 2020 QX 50 infinity would be ready today for sure that was at 10 AM when I called them. At 1 PM I got a call from the Florissant police saying that my car was stolen off premieres parking lot. My car was the only car that was stolen. There were no glass on the ground Where my car was. They say on the front of the parking lot where my car was there’s no cameras. Everything about this situation is off. I have a strong feeling, One of there employees stole my car because you needed the key to take it… I would never recommend anyone to go here. Tim One of the workers I think he’s the manager told me that my car was materialistic. And they said that they were not responsible for my vehicle, even though it was in their possession when it was stolen.. BAD FOR BUSINESS…. Stay away from this place…

Got in a pinch with lifter tick in our jeep jk right before our ozark 4wd vacation... vacation paid for in January with no way for refund..tim got our jeep in and fixed before we needed to leave..thank you!.. highly recommended

My gut instinct was to check reviews on Premier Auto and sure enough, what a surprise…. I’m not the only one who they have done this to!
I purchased a BMW 330i from Travers Auto in 2021, along with a $3800 platinum warranty in addition. I recently had to use the warranty for the first time, with a coolant issue. I was told that I would have to use premier since I had the warranty.
This was A MONTH AGO that my car was dropped off there!!!!! With NO END in sight! Mike has given me date, after date, after date, that they would begin fixing my car. Assuring me that although they are “understaffed, backed up with other cars” it would be done by June 14th. Today, I call to check on the status because they never follow up with me on their own, and I’m told that they won’t even be able to begin repairs until possibly the end of the month!!!!!! That would mean, 2+ months of having my car. Despite the parts coming in 1 week after my car was dropped off there.
Who can go 2 months without a car????
I have a friend who got a new engine in 4 days with another shop. But they need 2 months to fix my car that needs a much less serious repair?!
I have been more than kind, understanding and patient, but this is NOT OK!
Do what’s RIGHT! Either fix the car timely, offer a loaner car if it can’t be done in a reasonable amount of time, or subcontract out to have someone else do it!
Travers Auto, I’ve had positive experiences with you, however, you do business with this establishment who obviously need some serious interventions as they are unable to provide effective service to customers, and based on the reviews, I’m not alone.
Do the right thing!

Mr. Tim and Mr. Darnell along with the mechanic staff are awesome guys that give me all of the details and options that I need to make the right decisions.
Service at travers premier auto service is awesome and as prompt and proper as these guys can get it! Thank you all!!

I have been a loyal customer for over 17 years on the 8th of April 2024 to have a problem checked I asked for Mike my normal service writerI was told he was not with the company anymore, so left my truck anyway. On Tuesday the 9th the service writerI called me and told me about the issues they found after we discussed them I told him to fix my vechnical. He said my vechnical would be done on Thursday the 10th or 11th I said fine. On the 11th I called to check on the status of my vehicle but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, I had my wife stop by and she was told that the vechnical would not be ready until the 21st she the called my and I talked to the service writer and asked why I was not informed. He apologized and said I should have done notified. I never have any problems with Mike Darnell. As my wife was leaving one of the other writers stated I only called twice, so if he knew I had called twice he should have known to call me back and tell me there was a problem with the vehicle getting parts. I have never had any issues with Mike Darnell if there is a problem he informes me and gives me the reasons and the time frame it will be ready. I am not impressed with the new service writers or there lie about Mike Darnell not being with the company anymore. I have sent several customers to you currently I would not recommend you to anyone else.
