If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys are the TRUTH! Not only are the prices the cheapest I've seen, but they are professional and FAST FAST! My first visit took under 15 minutes to get a tire off, fixed, and put back on. But this 2nd visit yall I gave my name and payment and they was done with fixing my tire!!! Not even 5 minutes!!! Now if that isn't EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I don't know what is!! Oh and it's a drive thru yall. It just doesn't get better than that! Holla at these men and support this business! It'll be worth it!!

These gentlemen were FANTASTIC!!!!!
Positive attitude, very courteous and friendly, speedy service, and great prices.
I had a flat tire and some stripped lug nuts. These gentlemen had the tire changed within 15-20 mins and I was able to make it to work on time.
Upfront pricing and very happy with service. I will be back to buy more tires.

Went to this place today to get my front tire serviced, had some issues at first getting the issue resolved here, but let me say this I've never seen a group of guys such as these 3 guys work so hard to please me as a customer and make sure my experience at this establishment was met with the highest quality of work and respect and professionalism, and the manager, that guy, very professional and Courteous As well as the two guys that work with him.I highly recommend going to this place

They actually had my tire size in stock(nobody else in the area did). I just brought my old tire/wheel up and they had the new tire on the rim and ready to go in under 10 min, I didnt even have to get out of the car. And the guy was straight to the point, no bs or trying to sell me extra crap.

I will do another review if I have to but I went to the Florissant location yesterday 6/8 around 4 pm. I got 2 used front tires. I drove to a friend’s house 17 mins away and rode with her to get food. When I returned my psi was at 16. I went to the Quick Trip to put air in the tire. Long story short I had to put air in the tire 4 times and when I woke up this morning it was flat. Psi 1. I had a friend put air in tire so I could drive it back up there and get a new tire.
Derrick and Chino were great. They went Above and Beyond yesterday and today. Unfortunately Dayday needed someone to talk to and inserted himself into my tire transaction. Dayday Davion, whatever his name is took the replacement tire and spray it with the soap solution. He said ma’am as you can see there are no leaks. I said I can’t see. He explained further saying if it was a leak it would be bubbling up. In my eyes it was bubbles. I don’t know tires. He then said rudely we both can agree there are no leaks. I said I didn’t agree. He then said it again. I again said I didnt agree. He said if you have to come back the tire won’t be free. I said it definitely will be if something goes wrong with it. He then said again, the tire won’t be free.
I was astonished because I knew the OWNER wasn’t talking to his customers like that and sure enough he was a WORKER who needs to be trained on customer service.
Make sure your interactions are with Derrick or Chino because you might want to mush DayDay in the face. Don’t allow him to ruin your day.
I was trying to update the review. I just spoke with the owner and he has rectified the situation and offered his apologies. I always go to this particular tire shop, I always receive quality tires and excellent customer service. I am very appreciative that the owner took time out his day to speak with me.

they were extremely helpful. showed up and it got extremely busy. they were directing parking changing tires and helping everyone quickly. if I am in the area again and need a tire I'm stopping here first. staff was excellent. I live out of state and I've already told multiple people about it.

I highly recommend doing business with Tire Zone. All the employees were very nice and professional. I needed two of my tires changed and a balanced. This was my first time here. Although, they were a little busy. I didn’t have to wait long. I will definitely be back. ?
