Never lease furniture they will not pick it up if you decide you don't want it or pay triple the amount for it, delivery was horrible no drivers, poor communication just all around horrible experience

I can not express enough how impressed I was to receive such amazing customer care from Jordan, Florissant location. He was attentive, informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He not only helped me narrow down what I was looking for (guest room bed) but also beat the price of a competitor store. Thank you Jordan for delivering excellent customer care, it is truly a rare find these days.

After expressing my needs to the salesperson I was guaranteed that I was making the right purchase when in fact it has been one of the worst experiences ever. The first mattress sold to me caused extreme back and hip pain and slept extremely hot even while being labeled as cooling. I returned the mattress, paid an over an additional $600 for the "upgrade" and another $190 for an accessory and had the same pain and extremely hot experience plus I found out that the second mattress was a "floor model" and sold to me as new without any notice from the salesperson verbally or on the sales forms. I only found out from the tag attached to the mattress. I notified the store twice and after a week was finally contacted and instead of trying to remedy the problem was told not only that it has to be my fault the pain was being caused but they were shipped and sold floor model mattresses from the factory all the time and there was nothing they could do. It's a used mattress!

Walked in and was greeted by Taylar. She is very friendly and knows her stuff. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and got the mattress I need. A great experience. Thanks Taylar!!

Store representative was very nice and informative. A novice was purchasing she took the time to explain the differences on the mattresses and how they were packaged for shipping. Had a couple visits before making final purchase. Very helpful

I went in to shop for a mattress for my son. The place was empty, I mean no customers in the store. The salesman was very nice, knowledgeable, understanding about what exactly we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the different brands and pricing and he listen to our needs.The store was clean. Trying out the different mattress was fun as well...We tried just about all of them and he was very patient and nice. Excellent work....I will be back to that store to purchase my new mattress ?.

I haven't been able to have a new bed in years and didn't know where to start. Jeff came to my rescue!! From knowing nothing he educated me to what I need and what would fit my budget all the way down to getting my ticket prepared and sent to me so I can have my bed delivered. I am unfortunately wheelchair bound due to an accident and he has made this experience not only smooth but exciting!!!!! I most definitely will be getting more beds for my children soon. Thank you again Jeff

We walked in and were approached immediately by Jeff who was very attentive to our needs and helped us find the right bed frame we needed. The customer service was immaculate and I will be right back for my future bedroom needs.
