Archaic systems and practices. If you do actually get through to someone on the phone after holding for ages they tell you they can't assist and refer you to visit a branch.

I've been with them for years, since the "OLD GUARD". Then service was excellent, courteous , reliable. It has gotten soooo bad I am in the process of transferring all services to another credit union. Lost money, broken ATM's ALL the time. Holding on phone ONLY to be disconnected when they answer -probably on purpose. Online ALL kinds of repeat blockages Phone numbers hidden...LORD!!!!

Worst credit union ever!!!! The tellers are slow and RUDE!! No people skills at all and the Atm is either down, its out of money, or it does not give the correct amount that request. Just bad all over the board. The credit union president just needs to do a major overhaul on that place..

Waited for almost a hour and no one even acknowledged me or said sorry for the wait or we’ll be with you shortly. I rarely come in here because of horrible experiences but the other branch was closed.

The service is just okay for me. I have never had any problems or staff being negative or rude to me. However the bank is never lively to me. Since I have been here, I really never see giveaways or giving customers a cup, pen, calendar etc. nothing. Something...can be done, maybe staff being more into the customers. Pour out that friendly, caring for your customers more drive. I guess its like playing it safe...I just think the mood in the bank can be more from the heart and a little more vibrant. Overall it's a okay bank.

I have an account with this location credit union where I have on several occasions tried resolving the issue with receiving my debit card I have not had in months. They can’t get it right with my mailing address. I have a po box and a physical address where I use one. I lost my debit card months ago and requested a new one, when they sent one they said it was forward back to the sender when all their other mail I receive?!?! I don’t know why that would happen??!? I been going back and forth with them till it’s to the point where I will just close my account all for once. They also make it extremely hard for minorities to be approved for small $300-$600 dollar loans, you can’t even refinance your vehicle they try and guide you to purchasing a vehicle from enterprise carsales or bommerito…the underwriting department declines everyone no matter of your credit history. They are not up to date on technology having no zelle or touch-less purchase I feel is necessary during these times. They only have checking available to minorities as it will be extremely hard to get a loan even with good credit or refinance your vehicle. Their only two atms are never working properly. I’ve gotten tired of banks and credit union working against the people in the community. I would give St. Louis Credit Union on Graham Rd no stars.

The teller wasn't knowledgeable about what I was talking about and messed up my account. And I'm currently on fmla so money is already short. I'm upset.

The ATM’s never work, you can’t deposit money in the atm, the machines are outdated, no one answers the phones, the lines are always wrapped around the building, no matter what day of the week you go smh.. It’s a huge hassle to be apart of this credit union..

TERRIBLE institution! They have created policies that are not written nor posted on their website. I went to BOTH Navy Federal Credit Union & First Community Credit Union with the EXACT same documents to support my name change (new drivers license & marriage certificate...as well as the receipt verifying the change with the Social Security Administration). Oddly, SLCCU is the ONLY Credit Union requiring your new social security card to be present.Don’t get me started on the lag to keep up with technology... NO Apple Pay/NO Zelle/NO touchless pay options during a pandemic with this debit card!Save yourself the hassle and select a different/more modern institution!

This location is absolutely horrible, you will never wait less than 30 mins for any transaction, they always say they're understaffed but this has been the case for the last 2 years at least...also their 2 ATMs are literally never working, the are either down or under repair at all times causing me to constantly pay fees for withdrawals. Will be leaving and going to another bank ASAP.

Very rude rep didn’t help exchange torn bills called pnc bank they help led with no problems ..interesting how a community bank only helps it’s members..I was only exchanging two fives..they both had a rip but still had at least 90% of the bill in tact.. the saint louis community credit rep told me go find a grocery store we only help members.. shocking .. humiliating .. I tried to call before I came to the location but was on hold for 10 minutes.. but with pnc I got help on the phone promptly and as well the location.. terrible bank no wonder reviews are low
