Terrible employee attitude. This black lady talks to costumers like they are stupid. My opinion is that if you don’t like your job just quit it. You’re incapable to do your job and HELP costumers if you can’t separate your personal problems from work problems

This store should be closed ASAP!!!! The employees (more like 13 and 14 year old teenagers )here and I use the term very loosely are more interested in what is going on with their cellphones. I will never visit this location again!!!! Big disappointment. ????????

Went there with my neighbor to return some equipment. The store was full, no place to sit down. So the trainee by the name Domenic was extremely nice, he offer his chair so that I could sit down. This young man was extremely helpful, he was very fast and courteous. He took his time with us, since we were senior citizens. Spectrum need more employees like this.

Friendly staff and fairly quick service. They can't help with cancelling your service but can take the equipment back from you.

Custom service is horrible!! It was only two people in the store when I signed in and 3 workers standing around within 10 minutes store was crowded had been waiting 15min already just trying to pay my bill waiting patiently they skipped my name and called the next person!! ?

August 1 for the past many days multiple outages daily..the absolute worst cable service there is..calling for a dish first this tomorrow..yesterday was 10 hours of downtime..today same in increments..good riddance tomorrow..

Walked in just to return a modem and router. A dozen customers in the store being served by 3 employees, all of whom were moving slow as molasses. Line determined by sign-in on screen was about 25 people deep--half the customers left cuz they got tired of waiting. Then 1 employee left, must've been his break time. I was in there for 30 minutes just to return equipment.I think they should announce verbally and on screen that if you're returning equipment, you can line up at one specific employee's line and skip the long wait.

Came in to just pay my bill. Can't use the kiosk so I've been waiting for 30 min while the workers laugh and joke around talk about beauty supplies and where they get their hair done. While I've been waiting 30 min the 5 people who are in front of me not one has been called on to take care of their business. It's always a horrible experience coming in here

James Wheeler is awesome, take care him and he will take care if you. What i mean is have your id and tel# only, ready before you arrive and treat him politle and it will save you loads of time… Peace?

They all are so respectful and polite. They customer service is excellent. Soon as you walk in your greeted. They help you out with anything you need and explain detail by detail. I will tell everyone to just go in the store instead of calling.
