A very personable and friendly dental office. Everyone is so nice and full of smiles. They actually do use a soft touch, no sharp edges with the x-rays and pain free cleaning.

I am very pleased with my Dentist office. I called to see if I could get an appointment by the end of the month and they got me in today because someone canceled. Their customer/client service is excellent and my hygienist Jenna is the best.

First time patient and an emergency visit on top of that. They got me as soon as the day after I called in. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They were able to figure out what was going on and gave me a referral to get my problem fixed as well as medication to take care of pain and antibiotics for swelling. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a fear of the dentist or that just needs a dentist in general. I will be back to them as a regular patient.

I really like the staff and Everyone is super friendly. I last visited the dental office in 2020 do to Covid. Now I am able to go back. However after checking in and getting my x-rays. The dental assistant tells me they no longer expect my insurance. I was sad but more upset that she waited until after my x-rays to tell me. I had to pay out of network for only x-rays. I was very disappointed. I will find another dental office in network.

Who like going to the dentist? NOT I !!! But it's something we must do to stay HEALTHY, right?Well let me say for sure Soft Touch Dental is far the "BEST" in the Midwest. This office is so thorough in caring for your CHOPPERS/Teeth.? That made me VERY HAPPY & THANKFUL.The whole staff is respectful, efficient and extremely professional. I had many questions and the hygentist and dentist answered all my questions truthfully.Everyone's warm and treat you like FAMILY!PLEASE check them out for yourself. You're going to have a POSITIVE experience!

Soft Touch Dental is truly THE MOST loving caring calming friendly family oriented dentistry anyone could ever hope for! Real caring people caring for you! They know you and I personally look for a few favorites on my way to my cleanings just to say hi! Have an emergency? They are there!!! Can't recommend this place enough! Give em a try. You won't be sorry you did!

10 out of 10! Best experience ever- I had a filling replaced yesterday and was pretty anxious but Dr. Weber and Andi were outstanding! I felt NO PAIN at all. Even the dreaded numbing shot was only mildly uncomfortable for 2 seconds! Dr. Weber is very gentle. I was not over-numbed either- I hate when you are still numb hours after the procedure. My bite feels great and I couldn't be more satisfied with this dental practice.

I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. So friendly and caring. I feel at home when I go into Soft Touch Dental. The hour drive is most definitely worth it. I am never changing dentist. ❤️??

Been 3 times and always experienced very skilled and informed work on my teeth, but last time I went, no one bothered to verify my insurance before the procedure and I was charged over $500 out of pocket!!!I was sent a text message reminding me to update my insurance card with them 'at least 24 hours before my appointment' and the text arrived less than a day before my procedure.
