“I stopped in looking for something they ultimately didn't have, and the service in trying to accommodate was amazing, but when I tried to get in touch with the store 2 doors over looking for a lost item and couldn't, the owner from Shoe Stop was nice enough to walk over and ask if they had it. He didn't act like it was an inconvenience or "not his problem" and I truly appreciate that. Awesome service!”

“Great atmosphere. Low pressure. This is the only store I can shop in around St. Louis due to their selection of wide shoes. Customer service went the extra step to make me feel comfortable, point me in the right direction when I needed help, and made my feet feel better after I left. It's also just a great place to go in and try on some shoes!”
