It’s Ross, it’s meant to be a bit hectic and unorganized. This location typically keeps everything very organized. It’s a smaller store, no electronic section really, small shoe selections for both male and female. Not a lot of clearance racks. Must have low staff because line is always long. But I always find at least SOMETHING when I go to this one. And for my tiny ladies out there, they have tons of double zero and xxs clothes!!! I my self am a large size. But a family member of mine struggles with finding small sized clothes, so I understand. They typically always have at least one dressing room open as well..

Waited 18 mins in line to be halted by cashier. She put her hand up to say stop as I tried to proceed to the counter. I understand not being ready for the next in line however proper customer service is still valued. There was 1 cashier and 14 people in line and 4 workers talking in by the counter. Come on North county they have better customer services at Walmart on west Florissant.

Staff was friendly and upbeat even at closing time. The store was spacious and clean. The layout in general was kinda weird but I figured out where everything was quickly. Wish they stayed open as late as they used to but I was very pleased with my visit including decent prices. Thank you

15 people in line, only one cashier. Manager standing around the front looking at the line but not doing anything to help.

It's 121 pm on February 22, I ended up putting my stuff on the end cap because the cashier wants everyone to know that she working alone , not to mention she engaging in a long conversation so the line can get even longer

The store is hit or miss. One of the employees just unlocked my dressing room door, exposing me to the store and refused to apologize.

It was too much I couldn't think straight the staff was loud and didn't care about there conversation amongst customers I ask one staff were something was she had an attitude didn't speak wasn't helpful at all people you all be knowing what you be signing up for take your job serious it's not that serious to be mad everyday or at your work place just be kind its not hard I will not come back due to attitude
