Horrible horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. First off, they are horrible at communication and totally unprofessional. The rental process started on November 26th with my online application. I contacted the store the following Monday to check on my application... Said it was processing. Ok, understood. Back and forth with verification document requests that were sent multiple times because "they were never received"....I literally forwarded the items thru email showing they were already sent... So of course my delivery date kept getting pushed back and finally was scheduled for a delivery 12/12. Mind you this entire time I was given no phone calls for updates or additional info needed...I had to call on multiple instances for updates. Just for the delivery guy(who failed to give his name) to ask for additional information that I had already provided. I am a repeat customer from rent one and was doing business with the location in Franklin county for years before relocating back to St Louis and never experienced this level of so called service from someone who's claimed to have been in the service industry for over 25 years. Do yourself a favor and go get outstanding service at rent a center. They won't make you feel like your going to steal something from them before you even get your items. Don't believe any of the positive reviews.... The people running this place.... TRASH.

Derrick& DON was very amazing and very helpful I missed my delivery time frame and Derrick and DON came back out today to install my lovely beautiful living room set and they where very professional and respectful. They did the install and set up quick and didn’t take long at all even when they had to detour because a certain piece couldn’t fit ……….thanks… GUYS

I’m a very satisfied customer of Rent One, the store manager(Trenton Sims) himself came out to deliver a living room set, washer and dryer all by himself!!! THE ITEMS DELIVERED WERE BRAND NEW NOT USED!!!! WHICH WAS A PLUS FOR ME HE SET IT UP ALSO WITH NO PROBLEM, HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IS TOP NOTCH !!! HE EVEN CAME AFTER WORK HOURS TO TIGHTEN MY COUCH AND TABLES UP WHICH WAS WELL APPRECIATED!!! THIS STORE GETS THE 5 STARS BECAUSE OF THE SERVICES I WAS OFFERED WAS EVERYTHING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SEE TRENT OR DON IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH MAKING YOUR HOME LOOK NICE ????????THANKS TRENT☺️

Derrick arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I forgot to unplug and move my old appliance out the way and he was more than happy to do it; then after installing my new appliance he demonstrated how it worked. I’m very happy with the service i received.

I was in browsing the Rent One near my home when I encountered an associate by the name of Derrick. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in their products. He answered all my questions I had regarding delivery and setup. When I do go to follow up on my purchase I’d love to be greeted with such a pleasant associate again like Derrick!! 2 Thumbs up ????????????????
