When I got there the door was locked and I called the number on the sign on the front door. No one answer. Finally I see someone coming towards the door. I asked if I can come in. And her response was that two people called and she was at the bank alone and she was not letting anyone in. It was a Friday afternoon at 1:30.

The regions bank on new halls ferry in Florissant is the absolute worse. They lack customer service skills and are very very rude. Their ATM machine never works and don't even try to speak with a banker, you'll be there for hours. If I could give no stars I would.
