Visited shop on 10/19/24 with my son. I gave him a spending limit and set him free in the shop for his 10th birthday. We're not from the area, so this was our first time visiting this specific shop.
Satisfied is an understatement. The customer service was excellent, the selection was great, and the staff was wonderful. Each of the gentlemen working there engaged in conversation with both myself and my son. They were all very helpful and sweet with my birthday boy!
Like I said, we're not from the area, but we will most certainly be making the trip back to this shop as often as we can. 10/10 from me!

We had an incredible experience here this past Sunday. I am a very casual collector. I collected as a child/ teenager and I still get the urge once or twice a year to open a box of cards or shop for certain cards. I learned about this shop from a friend and then picked it up on social media, their podcast, etc. We are from OFallon, IL so my daughter and I finally made plans to visit the shop this past Sunday with my friend and his daughter. We made the 50 minute drive out to the shop.
Pulling up to the shop you can see through the window that you are about to be in “wax heaven”. They have every hobby, blaster, etc. you could imagine and then some. We entered the store shortly after opening and we were immediately greeted and welcomed to “free pack Sunday” and all of us were handed a pack of Pokémon cards. This is a BRILLIANT idea. Not a cheap thing to do for 100 or more guests every weekend, but guess what? My 8 year old daughter had zero interest in going into a card shop with her dad. After her experience started this way, she shopped for other cards and found several non-sports items to enjoy. She also asked if we could go back “next Sunday.” The short version- the shop understands that getting kids to see the fun in the hobby is absolutely critical. They succeeded with one today and trips here on weekends will probably be in the rotation- especially during the fall and winter months when we wont be in our pool or doing things outdoors.
The store employees engaged with all of us - even my very shy 8 year old daughter and spoke to her throughout her first trip to any card shop. She had a blast.
The shop was clean, well lit, and organized. The layout allowed you to view all of the assortment of sports and non-sports wax, shop for singles by category, or view some of the more high- end collectibles and autographs in the cases. Lot’s of cool older cards, autographs, etc. and you can tell this place puts a ton of emphasis on cataloging and organizing EVERYTHING in the shop and online. The business is very well run.
I bought a hobby box of WWE Prizm, my daughter picked up Hello Kitty, Disney and some Topps Bunny collectibles that she loved. Our friends got more WWE and a hobby of NBA Cards. We were invited to “rip” them in the shop. The shop has a large, bar-height counter in the center of the front area. This is another brilliant part of the layout because it is communal and when you walk in one of the first things you see is other people and families enjoying the hobby. It makes picking up a box of cards all the more contagious and fun. My daughter will never forget sitting with us and opening her cards. She is hooked.
As a wrestling fan, I really appreciated the selection of wrestling cards and autographs.
There is so much good to say about this shop. The people involved clearly understand being a great retailer and they understand how to draw people into the hobby and make it fun. I wish we had a shop like this closer to us, but in the meantime I am sure we will be making the trek out to RbiCru7 pretty frequently.
Excellent, excellent shop operated by great people. Everyone involved should be proud.

I love their prices for cards because that are very affordable and better than other places I’ve been to so this is the best place to go if buying cards!

Followed them on Instagram and was excited to visit the shop. They seemed to care less about my business and rushed me out the door. I won’t be back, customer service is appalling. I guess they have so much business they don’t want my money?

Awesome shop. Came in to pick up a gift for nephew and ended up leaving with a hobby case of 2024 Topps S2. First break and pulled an Austin Riley ‘89 Auto Red Boarder /25. New customer luck, hoping for some more down the road!

Awesome card shop! I didn't even know it but I walked in and they told me it was free pack Sunday. What a deal! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had the supplies I needed and all of the packs that I didn't know I needed. What I'm in town I'm definitely coming back to visit this card shop.

The Men workers seem really annoyed when you go in there and ask to look at different cards. Not the owner and the really nice lady that I've seen they go above and beyond to help me out or show me something I'd like to look at. But the 2 older guys usually see them on Saturdays tell me and my son if we want to see something look on the website. Wow my 11 year old was not impressed on his first visit to any card shop. I'm sorry but that was a punch to face. Sorry I come to your place of work to spend money. My bad. Really liked the store though but if you guys don't want us to come in there lock the doors or something

I recently made a purchase online from RBICRU7 I had a minor issue with (that was my own fault not RBI’s). I reached out to customer service where I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. He spoke to me as a person and not just another customer, it was legitimately the best customer service I’ve ever received. He was gracious enough to work with me to fix everything, then went above and beyond to provide the best possible outcome.
Ryan, thank you! You’re a class act and I hope more people continue to support you and the staff at RBICRU7. I know I will! If you want the best prices and even better customer service, this is where you want to shop!

I stopped in this shop on a work trip from out of town. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. They found what I was looking for in their inventory while I dug through their well organized boxes. I left with a handful of cards, PSA slab, and a box of Platinum Anniversary Chrome. Best prices around!! I will definitely stop back by when I'm in the area.

I ordered product 13 packs of trading cards to be excact from RbiCru7 collectibles. I have been trying to track my order as I am only able to see that a label has been created within 24 hours of order being placed so after week one, I emailed company asking if there was a status update? I got a response of “USPS system is beyond delayed on updating and packages moving. I assure you your package was dropped off Saturdays along with several hundred other ones.” From a Ryan Bannister so I gave it a few more days and went to my local post office and had lady at desk look up the tracking number and sender etc…. And was told an online sticker has been made that the usps has not received my package to be able to mail out. I am beyond pissed that i tried to save a couple dollars and provide more for my son on his birthday to open and now i have to go somewhere and re spend money I already spent to find the same items he already picked out and is expecting. needless to say I will not order from here again, and will not recommend this business to anyone else looking.

Ordered two cards on a Monday holiday, received both cards the following Monday to Southern California. Sleeved, top loaders, bubble mailer, and packed in a box. Much appreciated! I will definitely not hesitate to place orders from RBI in the future.
