Arrived at 10:03 doors were locked staff is standing staring at me telling me the store opens at 10 and still not opening the door. Left at 10:08 store still locked

They didn’t have what I was looking for. But the employees there were nice and professional. A huge change from how the previous employees were. Also, the store was pretty organized.

No return or exchanges with no reciept but the dressing rooms are not in service . If the tags are in you should be able to at least exhange or offer online reciepts

For the most part rainbow is cool some of the employees are kind of stank but for the most part the clothes are cool they're not the best but if you looking for something with a little more flair and personality you can find that at rainbow. I do like they're legging varieties and their shorts and they have cute t-shirts and skirts and dresses so some people with attitudes could be a touch better but it's cool lil' clothing store

Went to this rainbow today May 29th at 6:45 and a young lady was standing at the door yelling we closed at customers and the store didn't close until 7pm. That was extremely rude and poor customer service but they believe they should get $15 an hour. I hope this store gets closed down permanently because clearly they don't want to work.
