This QT apparently needs a self checkout line. If I was in a hurry, and needed simply anything from inside, I would in return be late for my own funeral. Time estimate of 700% slower than any other QT….

I was pumping gas and sit in my vehicle and notice loud gas smell and jumped out and the lady and man in front hollering the gas pump had a defect and was spaying gas everywhere so I go to report it and the guy in front said he already did that I was so upset because it could've been detrimental so I asked for a manager and a refund I asked the attendant why wasn't this pump shut down since it was already reported They did give me a refund but my jacket and boots were covered in gas Thank God it was not as bad as it could have been

This location went ABOVE AND BEYOND. My dog got out this morning & the employees saw him running without a leash. They quickly reacted and grabbed him, took him to the back and called me to let me know they had him. They were so sweet and nice, and got my baby back home!! This little act of kindness is more of what the world needs & we are so grateful for the staff there this morning!!!

OMG wow that I am writing this, but yesterday's visit was unbelievable because of the rude customer service 1st this young lady who had no idea what I was talking about when it came to the lottery machine. I tried to explain that it has a scanner that she's using the register to scan the coupon for the app. A man came to help me out and I asked him to use the machine for the draws and I was buying 2 Power ball and 2 mega million and I have a coupon. I get home and I have 2 mega and the free lotto draws from my previous winners. I have never had any problems with this location or any other until the visit yesterday. So I am going to get my power ball tickets today and I have coupon for my draws. This is a gas station LOTTERY is a HUGE part of the JOB and customer service is very important. I did buy gas as well but I don't go just for gas and I always go for the atmosphere and the clean environment and friendly people

I know there’s reviews mentioning the closed kitchen but I appreciate that they just entirely close the kitchen when they are short-staffed versus having terrible customer service and making people wait 30 mins for a grilled cheese like other local QT locations (*cough* 2105 Hwy 67 *cough*). Plus the two girls that work there during the day when I usually go in always bust their butts checking people out quickly. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is the sometimes sketchy location…which they can’t help, but I don’t always feel safe there.

QT is the bomb! You can get practally anything there. Get your gas if you need it then go inside & get lost on everything that's in there that You can buy! It's a 1 stop shop. If you can't find what you want or need in there. Then you don't want anything. There's even food to order & whatever you get it's so yummy! I'm so wowed every time I go in there. I'm lucky I have 1 in walking distance. It's tempting not to go everyday just to get something different eveytime you go. I definitely recommend QT! They'll satisfy all you need!

Nothing is ever in stock the kitchen is always closed. Yet they look at you funny when you ask why there’s no food on the shelves and the kitchen is closed. I am 100% done with this location.

Usually a good store no problems until they hired some terrible staff. Went in to get a drink and put some gas on a pump. Handed the teller a 10 and two 5 dollar Bill's. My drink was only 4.68 and that means he should have put the remaining on the pump about 15 dollars worth and come to my surprise the pump stopped a 5 and some change.went back into the store and the teller denied everyone ever giving him the 10 saying it wasnt in the drawer but he didnt even check the drawer and decided me of my remaining gas I paid for he must have pocketed my 10 and told the manager I never gave it to him. Very disappointed how things happen.

QT Kitchen review - Had planned to order on the app and have on lot pick up because of virus precautions in place, but the coupon would not transfer over to the app. I had to go inside and asked what I needed to do for the coupon to work and was told it wasn't working for some reason. No big deal... Placed the order inside and was going to wait for it to be brought to the vehicle, but decided that I wanted the ice cream I ordered while I had to wait for pizza. I went back in and told the guy working the kitchen what I was asking for him to do. He stopped working on the pizza and did the ice cream.

You look for a couple things when you go to QuikTrip, fast, reasonable price and consistency. The kitchen staff here is always quick and quality when I use the app or stop in and order. The store overall moves a lot of people through in the mornings and get you on your way quick. Restrooms could use an update but overall for being an older store they keep it clean and organized.

It’s really weird to lie about an air pump on the phone and cause someone to be twenty minutes late to work because they drove ten minutes out of their way to begin with to find a functional air pump. Three QTs that didn’t have functional air pumps, and one Mobil that didn’t have one working either. If you don’t know that it works, please ask someone. I have never written a review but I am now because this caused me to be late. I could’ve went somewhere else if they had JUST told me it wasn’t working, instead I had to sit in my car and call other places on if theirs worked or not. Luckily the next place didn’t lie!
