Im in disbelief. I'm here this morning while a young lady working the counter is as slow as a lizard. No apologies. No eye contact. There are 7 people (included me) waiting for about 30 minutes thus far. She's still on the same customer. Where's Management??? Theres always a line and people looking as if they HATE their job every time I come in. The manager is great at hopping in to help when he's here. Today is unbelievable.Kevin came in and showed a true sense of urgency! She could use some retraining

There’s 0 sense of urgency in their pace. Every time I come to print services I’m literally here 30 mins - 1 hr . The entire time you wait , they never greet you or even say “one second ma’am” . Just sitting there moving like snails as slow as they can , as if they aren’t at work . I hate sitting for long periods for only 2 mins worth of print . It’s ridiculous really .
