She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. From the moment I walked in, Ben carried himself with the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail you would expect from a truly high-end tailor. “Marty is an icon of professionalism. I needed a new suit for my daughter's wedding. Marty helped me make my decision within minutes. He knew what type of suit I needed for the occasion, and after a few minutes of conversation, Marty had a sense for my taste. When I went to pick up the suite, it needed additional alterations for a proper fit. There was no problem- the suit was ready the next day. If you need a cheap suit, Sam Cavato's is definetly not your place. If you want an old school, locally owned buisness that will cater to you with quality, Sam Cavatos is your place. Marty told me he has worked there for nearly a hundred and fifty years. I have a feeling that if I have a problem with my suit a year from now, Marty will be the guy who will set things straight. By the way, second only to the groom, I was by far the best dressed man at the wedding! Thank You Sam Cavato!”

“Great customer service. They held a telephone that was unfortunately lost which was the reason I had to go out there at the last minute. Considering that they were getting ready to close. They were very respectful, very mannered. They treated me as a customer who was just walking through the door while the store was just opening. Even though the store was getting ready to close. I think them very very very much. They had beautiful words to say they gave words of encouragement. “Just left. Came in right before close and the staff made me feel welcome. Darrell was very kind and another young gentleman with freckles and curly hair also took good care of me. Being in the service industry, I understand the stress of last-minute customers so them being so welcoming is very much so recognized.”

Somewhat in a rush I went straight to the counter, they immediately stopped their conversation & welcomed me. I told them the two products I was looking for. One lady took me to the fragrance & got what I needed and when we got back to the counter, the other lady had all 6 options of the other product I requested. We had a lil girl talk and I was out of there in what feels like 5 minutes.”
