“We went in with Spectrum equipment to return on 5/23/24 and didn't know if we needed boxes, a label, etc. A young African American man helped us with a smile, so willing to walk us through the handful of steps (he did all the work), and it was seamless. I think his name was Caleb, but not sure, I believe it started with a C. He's an asset to UPS. Great work and service, young man.”

They are always friendly, professional, and extremely fast. The line could have 10 people, and I'd still be in and out in under five minutes. I love using them.
