Had a problem with the cashier she was rude, disrespectful and downright, nasty. She didn't bag my shoes so I had to ask her to bag them. She threw her hand in my face. I was shocked I voiced my complaint to the manager she kept apologizing. It's obvious that this girl has done this before what's even worst is I don't feel the manager will address this issue with her. If you want your business to succeed you MUST have to properly train staff on customer service skills and respect. A customer should never have to experience disrespect and nastiness from a staff member

The picture I posted is from KG fashion. The store associate Amelia was great. I was there to find a dark blue suit for my uncle who had passed. She understood that my sister and I were having a hard time and she jump right in and helped us get what we needed. Thanks Amelia for all you did. May God bless you.
