Slowest shop I have ever been to. Anywhere else I go an oil change is done in 20 minutes. I have never waited less than 2 hours at this abysmal place. Today I arrived at 830 and it was almost noon before I left with only an oil change and a tire rotation. And now a CAR dealership is passing off their cost to consumers in the form credit card fees. Ridiculous. Also, maybe rethink your printout. "Are you kidding me?" Is what every person will say when they read you charge 3% on credit card fees as a CAR DEALERSHIP.
WILL NOT RETURN. Valvoline is cheaper, quicker, and more friendly by far.
UPDATE - They also messed up the tire sensors so the readings were messed up when checking on the dash. Pitiful. Unfortunately I'll have to go back so they can fix their stupidity.

Ordered parts from these people- they never sent the parts-but charged my credit card .Order no. 2370 - postal Service says there is no record they ever sent parts. Don`t know if this is a scam or what. Won`t do business with them again.

Didn't do a part of my "included with new vehicle purchase" service because they don't have the people that can do it, but marked it complete anyways.

Someone there steals. Though it was minor, it was still my property and should not have been touched. I won't return there for another oil change or issue, even with discounts.

Avoid this dealershipI purchased an AWD vehicle with four different tires, each with significantly different tread depthsbasic knowledge dictates the need for uniformity in tire type and tread depth for AWD cars to prevent drivetrain damage. The car was also missing front floor mats. Despite contacting the dealer promptly after purchase and having my mechanic assess the vehicle, no resolution was offered.Subsequently, I spent an extra $200 on floor mats and now face an additional cost of $400-$600 to replace three tires, essential for preventing potential damage to the supposedly "ready to be sold" vehicle. Surprisingly, my mechanic noted dirty engine oil, another oversight one would not expect from a reputable dealership during pre-sale preparations. While the sales team was kind and communicative, and the vehicle overall is okay, this experience reflects a concerning lack of attention to crucial details by the service department and/or management.

I took my car to Johnny Londoff July 28 due to check engine light on. It was serviced but the light came back on a month later. I scheduled an appointment for Sept 6 with the previous service advisor, Cody Patrick. When I arrived, he temporarily turned the check engine light off but he failed to offer any other services. Obviously, the repair on July 28 wasn't fixed properly and I am quite disappointed. Stay away from Cody Patrick.

Wife and I bought a new 2020 **** Silverado 4x4. 2 years later it needs new tires. They put some low mileage tire on there. Along while taking it there to the dealership for oil changes. The service department dont even tell you about your vehicle needing tires.

Took my car to Johnny Londoff to fix a control switch panel that adjust your seat the piece that is attached to your seat was hanging off the seat. I paid $150.00 for the part to be repaired and about 5 months later 08/2022 the part broke again. Took it to service and they refuse to fix it even thought it was still under warranty. They also look for other things that need to be fix and everytime you go there they take pictures of your car. You didn't fix the part that I paid for that had a warranty do you really think I'm going to give you money for something else. I will never do business with them again.

If I could give it no stars I would. They are money hungry will do anything lie, cheat & steal. And if you do decide to buy a car be prepared to get things fixed in little to 4 months. They sold me this car full price acting as if nothing was wrong had me purchase a warranty telling me it was bumper to bumper & actually gave me the papers saying this would be covered but submitted the paper work for another warranty contract and when it came time for my car to go to the shop under warranty the shop said the warranty company wouldn't cover it called the company and they said the dealership up sold me the wrong warranty instead of them telling me to get the best warranty they lied to me. Now 4 months after having a car and a extra 3,000 warrant I now have to pay out of pocket. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Honesty is KEY. If your sales man is mike and financial person is Steve run. The whole dealership is a scam, also was told I had 3 free oil changed from them when mentioned on the phone, they can't get you in for months at the service department. I hope Big Johnny Londoff didn't operate business like this, you get repeat customers by doing good business what an embarrassment to the family name and it's crazy because mikes boss wouldn't even go down on the car at all, said the car was too good of a deal. But 4 months after getting the car I need major work done. They are full of scammers.

As usual....similar to a doctor visit: you must have an appointment; then they get to your problem 30-40 minutes late!
Hey, the car is washed though.
