When Safeco decided to jack up my premium by over 50%, I contacted John Simmons. He and his team (my rep is Maceo) were very prompt in their response to my request for a quote. I called one Friday afternoon a little before closing and Mr. Simmons answered the phone I told him who I was and that one of his clients had recommended him to me in the conversation he made me feel right at home (Welcome) I just knew that I would be going with State Farm Insurance I explained what I wanted and he told me that they would get in touch with me Monday morning to discuss what I wanted in the policy a man of his word I like that and now you can say that I am a happy State Farm Client :)
