“Came in for a 8 piece bottom grill. 1st one my mold came out a lil short. Came back to get mold re-done and was no issue at all. “I had a gold chain necklace break today. I googled jewerly repair near me and J.C.'s popped up. I took it in and they repaired the necklace in about 1 hour without me asking for any special service. It was just "we can fix it while you wait or we can call you when it is ready". Ran a couple of errands nearby and got the call that it was ready to pickup. I am sure that they cannot always be that fast, but they won me over as a customer today!Excellent service!”
