Yesterday I went into Home Depot and I must admit I walked in with an attitude air went out a friend recommended I go find this item called attic air just for temporary solution until air is repaired and I had the pleasure of getting an assistant by the name of kash and when I say I had to humble myself and be pleasant because of the energy that this young lady gave off was completely amazing. She helped me find my item took me to it and helped load them in my cart any other associate would have just pointed in the direction and left u to fin for yourself. Customer service with their young lady was pleasant and put me in a better mood. I applaud and thank you kash for a wonderful Home Depot experience

The installation of the windows and blinds turned out to be a win. I was recommended by a current customers of Home Depot due to their experience I took the plunge. I must admit I am satisfied. The individuals were punctual and very well organized.

This store is now one of the default hardware stores in the area since Lowe’s pulled out. While most of its employees are nice, I continue to encounter limited stock, which is very frustrating. I often go to Handyman Hardware or drive to the Lowe’s in St. Charles to get what I need. Is this a management issue or another choice due to the move to online shopping?

Good services but several customers have had windows busted out their car recently. I was there when it happened to a friends car today broad daylight.

I shop at the Florissant location most of the time but going there earlier today to get items for a room project was a bad experience. I had to get assistance for someone to help me cut lumber and some drywall in half so it would fit in my minivan. Found a worker from another department to help which was very polite and then went to the lumber department, he came back saying they would help me in a few minutes. They never came to help, i could see them through the isle joking around not a care in the world on the forklift. So i went looking again for any help but no luck. What a joke! Get some workers who actually care to help there customers, i was so mad that i left all the items on that cart and walked out the door. Taking my business to any other store as long its not Home Depot.

I ordered vinyl flooring last week and came to pick it up. I parked in the designated spots for pickup and used the link that was texted to me. They called and asked me to pull near the entrance for easier loading. DC was very helpful and polite, he loaded my flooring into the car and didn't slam my hatch when he was done. I already had some of this flooring laid in my kitchen/family room. I needed additional flooring for my hallway and entryway.

I had the pleasure of stopping by this Home Depot and meeting KC! He was helpful prompt and was able to resolve my issue in minutes! Service with a smile that's what we need during these trying times I gave this Home Depot or five store! Thanks KC shout out

As long as Sam Page has the county shutdown, don't bother shopping here for your garden unless after you select plants, you are willing to stand on line to enter the store to pay. I left a flat cart full of plants. Recommend separate outdoor register for garden area.

I stopped in here quickly as online homedepot.com said they had 9 of a gardening item I'd been not having luck finding. It was not anywhere on the shelves and homedepot.com did not identify on which aisle it could be found. I had to ask an employee nearby. He explained it was his first day, but quickly got someone to help him. Nothing, nowhere. At least they were fairly fast in figuring it out. Homedepot.com wasted me some time!

BE SAFE THIS STORE HAS NO WIPES TO SANITIZE SHOPPING CARTS ..... Obviously in "This" HD it's a different approach to employment where everyone hides or stands in clusters with one another and avoids meaningful "Work" . Let us hope that Corporate will PROTECT OUR HEALTH as do other retailer's especially in this crisis . Let us hope.further the cleanliness of this store and it's pathetic staff improve. Honestly HD in Mexico puts shame on this store
