Came across 3 employees, 2 that knew exactly where things were and 1 who didn't know anything and kinda brushed it off and started walking away until he saw the knowledgeable guy in the row and asked him to help. Super long line and only 2 registers open and self check our closed but overall there's 20 or more employees that are just walking around. Another girl as the register was trying to look busy but wasn't doing anything at all other than standing there. Home Depot seems to be the laziest job people have and you can feel the vibe that some don't want to be here! But thank you to the 2 guys that helped us, it made our visit as fast and efficient as it could without the line wait.

Flooring department- worst customer service ever. Talked with 4 different flooring sales people over the phone over the course of 5 days and nobody was able to figure out what the process is to have someone come out to do a floor measurement. I was on hold and passed around on the phone every time I called in. The last time I called in it was over 15 minutes on hold before someone talked with me. I was finally told that they can't do anything over the phone or through the website and that I would have to come in person to their location in order to have someone come to my home to measure. I'm so done with Home Depot!!! I went to Lowes website and was able to set up to have someone come out to measure. The whole thing was done online (through Lowes phone app) and I didn't have to call in and wait on hold or listen to sales people who don't have a clue. The process took 5 minutes. I would recommend Lowes over Home Depot any day!!

I had an exceptional experience and interaction with Officer Anson Barney III, who patrols Home Depot.He was very friendly inside and outside of the store, approachable, and went out of his way to protect my truck when walked over to Schnucks.Thank you for your service- he is an excellent addition to our community.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Went in looking for a nut that they showed to have in stock, the bin where is was supposed to be was empty. After asking 6 times for someone to come see if they had more, and twice for a manager, nobody showed up to help. The store wasn't very busy, but apparently nobody there wants to work or assist customers. Never once did I have an issue at any of the Oklahoma locations.

My recent visit to Home Depot was a breeze. I experienced a quick and clean walk-in, with no hassles in finding the products I needed. It was easy in and easy out, which made my shopping experience incredibly efficient. Home Depot's well-organized layout and helpful staff made it a stress-free trip. I'll definitely be returning for all my home improvement needs.

It happened by chance to have evergreens, like Junipers and yews marked down 75%. I bought 11 great bushes for my home.The check out lady was very nice and helpful.

Went in to pick up some items and after spending an hour in the store I went to check out. I looked to see if there were any checkout lanes that had associates in there. There were none and only 3 self checkout lanes open of which 2 only took credit cards. During my self checkout I had an issue with an item. The store associate came over and said she had to override. She asked me a question and I responded.She had the scanner in her hand and I held up the item thinking she would scan it. Big mistake she looked at me like how dare she do the customers job of scanning one item. She shoved the scanner into my stomach area. I proceeded to tell her to cancel my entire order. Being respectful I told her I would place all of the items back. Fifteen minutes later on my way out I passed by her still at the self checkout I had used. She obviously needed more training as she was still trying to cancel my transaction.

Anthony the Assistant manger is awesome! He helped out with an order mishap. He personally loaded my vehicle as well. I know he didn’t have to go out of his way to help me the way he did. Great job!!!!
