I had an attempted break in and needed glass repaired. It took a few days for the glass to come and hour to install. Would definitely recommend!

They were very unprofessional. They were scheduled the Monday it was icy. I understand their non attendance but they could have cold. I called on Tuesday to reschedule. They came to the house measured the window and never called with a bid. I read other reviews similar to mine and it is true

I don't like writing bad reviews but I got to say this. I don't recommend this shop to ANYONE at this time. I've had a guy come to my home during the summer and apparently never gave the shop the results from visiting my home. Spoke to the shop. They told me "we'll get back to you" and they never did. Months go by and I decided to visit in person. The visit went well. Got a new appointment made. They tech No call, no show.Tried calling them to ask what happened. No answer and no voicemail. Tried again later and when I did get someone they had to contact the guy that was supposed to come out to ask where I was on his schedule. Once again NO CALL BACK AT ALL. So in their office they either can't keep track of a job or don't even try to keep a record.I took off work 2x to be home for their appointments. Professionally speaking time is money and it was wasted twice. The only reason they didn't get a 1 star was because they weren't rude, they're just very unorganized and possibly understaffed. So if you are looking for help with glass I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere.

Very very Poor customer service I had to keep calling for over 2 weeks the guy everytime kept saying let me get your info everytime I called. They did eventually come out and the guy looked at my window for about 10 seconds and said I needed parts but they had to order them which I didn't believe he didn't even open the window and my house have new windows in it this one just wouldn't stay up but he didn't know that being he didn't open it. I told him to order the parts but with that I was given the run around. I eventually talked with the owner by mistake I just kept calling and he answered the phone. I shared my situation with him he said he wasn't aware of it ? but even after talking with him it was a slow process?. I eventually got my window fixed by another company and found out I didn't even need parts just to reset the balances and some lubricant. Don't Trust this Company at All.

Extremely poor communication skills from owner/mgr. ***. Very unprofessional customer service approach, and rude. Belligerent! Was screaming at me and his face was turning red. After I was quoted the wrong price initially, by him, when I went to shop to pay, he tried to charge me another $100, and tried to refuse to give me a receipt for the work that had already been done. I refused to pay more, and told him, he could come back to my house and uninstall the 3 very thin, small pieces of glass that his tech had just installed in my basement windows. He also refused to guarantee them. Told me, he doesn't do that. WHAT? What business doesn't back their work. The ONLY positive, was the tech who installed the windows. Overall, overpriced and didn't back up his work. Will never use again. Worst customer service experience of my life!

Communication was poor, broken glass left indoors during initial assessment and after the completion of the job, new window glass was not cleaned after installation and the interior portion isn't easily accessible, and no seal or caulk applied on new window and now it is the only one of the five with condensation from temperature differential.Service: Installation

They did quality work and I'm pleased with the install. Communication wasn't the best as I had to keep calling for updates on if my glass was in. After about the third inquiry they told me my glass had been on back order. I would have rated them higher if the communication was better.
