I purchased a 6 foot eight pin two USB-C cable cord While I in the area. It broke within three days, I was able to make it back to the store within the 30 day. With the receipt! unfortunately, for me, there is no 30 day I was told it's only a seven day return policy with receipt . Remember KEEP your receipt. And you only have seven days !

We love this store but we have come to the Florissant MO on Lindburgh store twice in two days, and both times it was closed. The first time was because we weren't aware of Sunday hours. The store is not open today either and we made it during store hours. The reason might be the sleet we got this morning, but there is no sign on the door and no message on the phone recording, and the internet showed the store was open. Boo!

Went in to find two specific items (eggo waffle ornament and Christmas stockings) and walked right out in 10 minutes! I love how clean and organized it is as well as no lines and self checkout! I go at least once a month! I’ll be back! ??️

If I could leave a review without any stars, I would. I wasn't greeted upon entering the store. I went to get 2 exercise mats however they were on the top shelf. I saw one employee go in the back and let up the door...I assume she was waiting on a truck. I walked towards the front and asked her cashier if someone could help me by getting the exercise mats down. Her response "see if the lady in the back can help". I explained I only see the 1 and she seems to be busy. The cashier just stood there. I went to the mats, stood on my toes, and brought the box down over my head which is a huge safety concern. I asked the cashier for a discount being as though I had to do the work of an employee when I'm a consumer, she simply said oh she's not back yet. Has customer service been thrown out of the window? I'll be submitting my concern to corporate as well because this was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous

How ironic that I did the work scanning my things at self checkout and the employee got to have a whole phone conversation on a Bluetooth device. A highly inappropriate and unintelligent conversation in the presence of customers and children at that. I feel like I should’ve at least got paid for my work. Only come to this location if you are okay with your children hearing the n word or f bomb used in every sentence from an “employee”. It’s unbelievable how low the bar is set nowadays. I will not be returning.
