I chose to use your app to sign up for your E-statement program. I called and spoke with your representative. I wanted to get confirmation. His response was, go back on the app and it will tell me. I asked, since I have you on the phone, couldn't you just check the system? He gave me this sigh of frustration and then he said give him a moment. He came back on line and said no, but you can go on our website and try to set it up.I asked for his last name he responded, can I place you on hold? When he returned, he told meIt was policy not to share that information.My question to you, where does customer service start and end? I'll be searching for a more customer friendly institute.

Manger is very disrespectful I lost my phones in tried make sure no one was in my account they closed it and said it was considered ahs fraud then when I spoke to the head manger he said there was nothing inappropriate ever done out my account she told me I couldn’t open up another account because I didn’t wanna talk to representative holly she was very rude made threats in I will never go back to them she gave me a number for corporate she answered and begin to to pick with me after I asked her multiple times could I speak to some one over her wouldn’t recommend location very racist

I have not been impressed with any services or the workers overall. Anything I have tried to accomplish hasn’t gone well and there’s never any empathy shown. They give very few reasons as to their decisions.

Great place for banking...fast service.. Fees are very, very reasonable... To date, no issues/problems..plus free popcorn & coffee in lobby.

Just started baking here, pissed me tf off. I deposited a check and funds won't be available for 5 business days. Never have I been this annoyed with a bank.

The ATMs are always broken in Florissant. It just ate my card for no reason and now I’m without a debit card. I noticed that at some of the other credit unions they have upgraded the ATMs but not one that is broken at least once a week. Would not recommend this place at all!
