Young male Cashier needs customer training. He was on his phone the entire time he’s checking me out, didn’t speak when I said hello, talks under his breath like I caused him to have a bad day. Poor representation of management

I work at the Boost down the plaza and I swear every time I come here it’s closed when it states there opened. I try to come right before I go to my store and open but every time they are closed.

This Family Dollar is near my job. The workers are nice however there is always something wrong going on in the store. Whether it is the register is down or something else. But the most problematic thing of all is when I try to come in opening hours and the store is closed. No sign or anything. I choose this location in particular because it is down the street from my job. Which is so so ironic because I have to open a store as well. I travel two hours by bus four days a week to open and operate a store by myself I. A completely different part of town and I open on time. But for some reason this location is a hit or miss with opening on time. But okay, whatever.
