I frequent this family dollar on a daily basis. Today there is a new cashier, Kyla. I asked for a pack of cigarettes and because I didn't have my id on me she refused. No big deal, it's her job. Except, I had to go back in at a later time and the young man in front of me purchased 4 packs of cigarellos. Kyla (yes same girl) did not ask to see his I'd, only asked for his birthdate. Keep in mind I am 53 years old and in no way to I resemble an 18 year old.

Boxes everywhere, a total mess always! Managers leaning on the counter doing absolutely nothing while the store looks the way it does. Trash all over the parking lot, trash cans overflowing. What gets me the most is the laziness. If you can’t keep this place up then it needs to go!

I usually go to Family Dollar when I want to get in and out. They usually have a good price on active wear. On the other hand, Family Dollar is always cluttered and I hate shopping in clutter. Therefore I never stay long.

I'm in a Family Dollar every week. This particular store stays pretty clean, stocked and organized. The cashiers are pleasant. However, I didn't witness any sanitizing of the work or customer contact area.
