My spouse and I have been waiting since Saturday to receive our vehicle or replacement. Our rental was towed illegally by an unprofessional third party. (Which is not enterprise or the branch manager fault) I have filed a legal complaint as of today against Asset towing. However, I do not feel like enterprise as a whole is doing what need to be done to recover that vehicle. A tow company should not be allowed to hold enterprise car and there’s nothing done about it. We pay insurance on our personal vehicles and was involved in an accident which caused us to get a rental through our insurance. Missing work and children missing school is forcing us to take legal action. I am currently investigating who is at fault of the release of the rental at the moment. I love doing business with enterprise but something has to give with either company and not the consumer.

I had a bad experience at this location the communication with the staff is horrible! I notice they don’t aim please their customers even when they completely drop the ball! Its oh well so that’s what it’s gone be at this time! Go to another location not our problem etc. The drive to satisfy the customers is just not there and as a rental car salesmen you would think they would want to keep the little customers they do have coming back. I prefer Avis or budget I have never experienced being unwelcome in a rental car place in my entire lifetime! If it wasn’t from an insurance claim I would’ve glad went to budget. But let’s just say this if you already under pressure don’t expect satisfaction from this location or a car they dnt even know how to respond to simple questions! Or warn you they don’t have cars available for days! They agree to your rental contact without telling you they dnt have any cars available! They don’t even give you a courtesy call but send you a text & email saying your rental is ready for pickup which is false information! Questioning them about their job or why they didn’t call to tell you they couldn’t give you a car is considered being rude in their eyes! Asking questions where they drop the ball on doesn’t mean you being rude instead of them taking ownership they like to play victim at this location it’s better to just skip pass the headache! The assistant Mgr stood there and allow an associate under her to disrespect her customer instead of correcting him and their mistake she allow that unpleasant behavior and agree with his actions! Anytime you have an manger allowing staff to do as they please with no respect then you know that’s not the business to go to! As a manger your job is to de-escalate an situation and aim to please your customers not follow your associate under you with the unpleasant disrespect behavior to continue! Not allow your customers to feel at fault because your location didn’t handle business like they should’ve. I could honestly say St. Peter’s location was wayyyyy more professional kind and welcoming then this location! They even had cars available! Skip this location and go to them!

Unless you want to waste your time, don’t come here. Had a confirmation number and reservation for a cargo van they didn’t have. Oh but it’s okay, they gave me another address for trucks when I spent $15 to get there by cab and another $15 to get back to the hotel.

I really recommend this car rental! It is hard when you are working through an insurance claim, but Ms. Camille not only answered all my questions and offered me all my options, but offered to call me if the car I requested would come in for my reservation earlier.The service is outstanding.

If I could give less I would. Service was horrible the manager wanted to argue about everything. They forced us to get a car we didn't want then told us there would be an upcharge for wanting another car that our insurance would cover. Lucky we didn't have to wait long for repairs on our car. I'm most likely won't return. Hertz has never given me any problems so that's where I'll go from now on.

I had nothing but issues working with Enterprise from extending my rental. When one of the service rep said that I could extend didn’t put it in for another week. I was charge for three more days and the manager just keep asking me if I wanted to extend my timeframe with the rental instead of rectifying their employees mistake of not extending my rental for another week. Nor was it documented when i came in on 11/22/2023

I had a very bad experience at this location. From bad communication with staff. They swiped my card without my permission or without calling. I was informed that I would be paying one price for my rental then when I got there they came me a total different price. I have used enterprise a lot recently due to my car being totaled out and never had such a bad experience, the staff would not work with me at all. I will definitely go to the other Lindbergh location moving toward.

I’ve rented from enterprise in the past and never had a problem always gave me a nice car somethings that would match the one I got to fit my needs but this one that I want to give me a car $40 a day actually 45 by insurance covers 40 was trying to get something cheaper and they put me on a waitlist on Monday I went there to talk to the manager and they were offering a guy a car for $25 a day. Wow nobody call me for that. Thanks.
