Waited 5 minutes before someone greeted me at the front desk. Sun was beaming through the windows as I was waiting, which made it super hot. It took 3 hours for my vehicle. No good customer service here. No refreshments was offered considering the long wait times.

Told me they could get me in if I was there in 15 minutes. Got there in less than 10 and then took over an hour to do an emissions inspection.

HORRIBLE!!! I dropped my car off to get an oil change, tire rotation and a wheel alignment. I was called by Mike who stated the steel cords in the inner part of my front tire were showing and I needed a new front tire. He told me the cost of the tire would be approximately $162. I bought the tire in 2021 so I asked about the warranty. He told me because I hadn’t had a wheel alignment with them, I no longer had a warranty on the tire. For the record; I had not needed a wheel alignment but I have had my tires rotated every 6000 miles with them. I told him I could get a cheaper tire someplace else and asked him to do the alignment and oil change….and if he couldn’t do the tire rotation then that was fine.When I went to pick up my car, I was told they only did the oil change because with my tire the way it was, they would get a false negative if they did the alignment.I paid for the oil change, received my key, but didn’t see my car outside. I asked where my car was and was told by the guy at the counter that it was in the back. He told me to walk through the service area and go in the back to retrieve my car. I explained even if I went through there I didn’t know exactly where to go and it didn’t look safe for me to just walk through there. He then suggested that I go outside and walk around the building to retrieve my car. I explained again, I still won’t know where my car is. He proceeded to escort me through the service area, out the door to the back of the building and pointed out my car to me. I got in my car, started it and the tire light was on. I drove around to the front to get air put in my tires. The technician that was out there totally ignored me. I had to go inside and ask for someone to put the air in my tires. It appears that customer service is optional at this location. Needless to say….I won’t be back.

Made an appointment the day before, I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00 a.m. when they opened for an alignment service. After having it all day they couldn't get it taken care of. Complete waste of time I picked the vehicle up without the alignment being completed at 6 pm. Lost a customer

I needed to replace my battery, made an appointment came in didn't wait long they took the truck in shortly after I checked in. The guys up front were friendly, professional, and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this dobbs. I was very pleased with everything. Thank you!!!

I have been taking my car here for years and you won’t find a better store manager than Ed. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the business. Always had a good experience here!

An employee obviously messed with my radio as it was on a different station. My air conditioning had been messed with also. Are either of those necessary to just patch a tire? Also my tire pressure monitor indicator won’t stop showing on my dash, I can’t change it. They took me as soon as I called, but I still waited for several hours. I just hope the patch was done correctly!

I do not recommend this Dobbs. They used to provide good customer service but have declined. What's the purpose of making an appointment, arriving early for first come, first serve, or having a warranty if they make you wait hours and do not honor their word? I watched several people leave that came in after my 7 am. arrival. I was in around July 12th. In again on August 12th. I'm told my front tires are bald. They just checked all the tires in July. I didn't drive the car for almost 2 weeks. Why are they bald now but weren't in July? Had another issue with them on a diagnostic request. I won't be back here again.

Scheduled for Wednesday on a Friday. Call Wednesday morning to find out I'm NOT on schedule. This was for warranty work done on suspension 1.5 months ago, April 13th. Also, had a truck's front end suspension done in 2016. Had to bring back in 2018, 2020, and again needs done. 4 times already. DO NOT PAY THE MONEY FOR WARRANTY WOK... if anyone has questions or doubts, I do have all service paperwork.. 1 star was too much, no option for hole in the wall..

I made an appointment for an oil change for a cost of $ 77. I sat there for 2 and a half hours before it was completed. At no time did anyone ever communicate with me as to the amount of time it was taking. Had they done so I could have rescheduled as I missed an engagement. When the service was completed, they acknowledged nothing at that time either about the long wait.I did notice that I was charged $59. I guess my time is valued at $9 per hour.

Say what you want about Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers Cross Keys in Florissant but I will disagree ALL DAY if the comments are negative! I am on my second car with this particular location and the customer service and vehicle / tire repairs have always been top-notch. Ed Mattison operates a well-oiled ship with top-rate technicians. I tried going to another Dobbs location closer to my job so that I could take advantage of the shuttle service and not miss work. Well, that Dobbs location (who I will be kind enough to leave nameless) was not accommodating at all. I know it was the store manager because they stated their name but their tone of voice was very displeasing and the greeting just did not even exist. Also, this store manager at the "remain nameless" Dobbs location seemed to have demeaning responses and was snarky with my questions after finally saying they would work me in somehow throughout the day (with a SIGH, nonetheless). Was I really getting on their nerves?!Oh, and they never asked for my name. Well, this call did not sit well with me so I contacted my Faithful Dobbs Cross Keys location and Ed, the store manager, pleasantly answered the phone, said he would get me in that day as well, AND he asked for my name and thanked me for my continued business. Repairs were done well and I was informed of my vehicle's progress from the time I released my keys until my vehicle was completely done. Ed was even the one who called me to let me know my car repairs were complete. Dobbs Cross Keys will forever get my business and, thank you, other Dobbs location for being who you are (unprofessional and rude) because if you are unfriendly on the phone, then I surely did not want to experience you in person (By the way, I can have an EXTREMELY crude tone, too, if you dish it ?). You lost great business and you should think about that, "remain nameless" Dobbs location ?! I understand that companies are low-staffed and work is tremendously busy and I also get that not everyone's day goes well. However, you chose to be a part of the public-serving industry. Simple kindness goes very far and, honestly, does not take much. Customer Service is EVERYTHING! Thank you, again, Ed and all the Technicians, at Dobbs Cross Keys for your great service, informative vehicle diagnostic, and timely repairs!

Went on to have a tire repaired this morning but tire couldn’t be repaired due to three nails. Ed worked with me. He suggested they replace that tire today due to my schedule constraints. I did need all new tires. After some discussion, I decided to replace all my tires in a couple of days. Walking around the retail area, I saw a sign for an instant rebate. I asked about it and was told it was now a mail in rebate. However, Ed gave it to me as an instant rebate since the signs had not been changed. That is what I consider to be excellent service. Thank you Ed!

I highly don’t recommend this location , The service manager at this location has horrible customer service. Maybe he was having a bad day today but after this experience I will NEVER do business at this location again! Everyone else was nice though just to be clear.

This Dobbs is the worst. I live a few miles from this location, but I drive to the Dobbs on Woodson due to the poor service. I recently had a nail in a tire. I thought since if was just a flat repair the could not mess that up----But I was wrong.They called me and said the tire could not be fixed and they were installing a new tire. The tires were about 5 months old, (paid around $650) so they said there would be a charge around $49. I said ok.So, later on that day I went to pick it up. I paid for it, and was on my way. But, after taking a look at the newly installed tire, I noticed it was a totally different Goodyear tire. So, I went back in and the manager (Ed) told me that my tire was not available so they put me another Goodyear tire on. AT NO POINT DID THEY TELL ME THIS PRIOR TO PUTTING THE TIRE ON MY TRUCK!!!!!!!The tire I had on originally was a all season tire. The tire they put on was a all terrain tire with a aggressive tread. It did not match at all.WHO DOES THIS, WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!! SO NOW I HAVE NON MATCHING SET Of TIRES.After expressing my unhappiness with the situation, I was told by Ed there was nothing he could do, and he gave me a number to call a manager.I called the Woodson location and talked to Bobby (he is the best). He assured me he would take care of me.After talking to the District manager he told me he would talk to Bobby as well and get things straighten out.The next day I got a call from Bobby, and he worked out something to where I would get a new complete set of tires.The store on Lindberg did not care at all.You've been warned--- Stay away from this store

Very friendly staff. Roger assisted me today and he has exceptional customer service skills. I am happy that I am thier customer and will be doing business more often. All the staff from the front office to the technicians are awesome and do fast excellent work.
