Discount Tires in Florissant, MO, across from AutoZone and Planet Fitness on Lindbergh, is the place to go for top-notch service and unbeatable deals on tires. I had an 8:15am appointment, and they had my car in their hands before I could even say hello! Ryan, Rod, and Albert provided super fast and friendly service, making sure I got the best deal possible. They truly held me down with their expertise and care. Was there for less than 20 minutes and truly enjoyed the service.

Can’t say enough about the service I received today. Woke up with a nail in my tire and I’m from out of town. This location was recommended by a friend who lives in the area and the crew at the Florissant location did not disappoint. Rod was amazing. Excellent customer service, very professional, thorough, courteous and helpful despite being very busy on a Monday morning. And the guys in the shop, patched my tire pretty quickly while I worked in the waiting area and the patch looks great. I only wished I lived here so I could get all my tires and any repairs done at this location. Thanks again Rod, Victor and the shop guys, really appreciate it.

Excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I got two new front tires less than $200. They got me in and out. Didn’t have a long wait at all. I’ll definitely be back to get my rear tires replaced here and go here in general for new tires.

Visited this location today! I had an unfortunate pothole situation with my wheel. After getting the wheel fixed, the techs were able to balance my tires to the best of their ability. However, the customer service was great as soon as we walked through the door with Tony and the other manager (can’t remember his name). However, they were stellar and upon leaving Victor shared with me about the status of my vehicle. But made a perfect recommendation that I did not think about. Being a female, I appreciated him providing me with options!!! I visited the Arnold location which was awesome as well, but this one took additional measures that I appreciated. This was my first time coming to Discount Tire and I will definitely utilize them and this particular location in the future!!

I bought my first set of tires in 1978 and A lot more since then. Today was the best service I have ever experienced. Starting with the website, easy to navigate and use. I was able to verify my Veteran status for the discount easily, thank you for supporting the military and first responders, it means a lot. Tires would be delivered Monday morning so I made a Monday afternoon appointment. 10 minutes later, Tony called and said the tires would be there tomorrow (Friday), he would call when they arrived and I could come in any time. About 3pm today Tony called again, the tires were delivered early, come any time for installation. Note that Firestone and Dobbs are currently two weeks out on installation appointments. I showed up at 3:40pm, Tony and Todd both made me very welcome and offered me cold bottled water. The store was very clean and well kept as was the shop. I am sorry to say I did not get the name of the installer but he was very polite and quick, less than 30 minutes for four tires. All this at $350.00 less than other tire dealers already mentioned, including the certificates for a 100% non prorated, no questions asked warranty. Five stars is not enough for these folks. You earned a lifetime customer today.
