One of my meds went up almost 400 last Sunday only could afford a week at a time 3x daily. Sucks but it happens checked THEIR website and seen it closes at 8pm. Thought awesome I get off work at 5 and can get my afternoon and nights dose in only to show up and find out they close at 4 and just didn't bother updating their hours. I work 8am-8pm tomorrow and they don't open until 10am. So I either take the half a point and miss the money for a script I already couldn't afford or see what happens when I miss 5 or 6 doses.. Sweeeeet thanks mercy ? How hard is it to update your hours when you change them ??

My medication was ready within hours even with needing a prior authorization. With my last pharmacy it would take days and I would have to call the doctor myself.I will forever be using this pharmacy because I was treated with respect.

I ❤️ Mercy pharmacy!! My husband and I left Walgreens(the most disgusting company) for Mercy. We have such an amazing experience each time we pick up! Alex and his staff are so nice and take their time when helping us. We will never leave Mercy!!

It is always a good experience when I visit the Mercy Pharmacy at the Dierbergs in Florissant! They have an amazing and friendly staff and have always accommodated me, no matter the issue. I truly appreciate their customer service attitude, especially when customer service seems to be lacking at so many places today! I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I got my medication from the pharmacy today bottles of liquid medicine in when I opened up the top the medicine did not have a seal on it it was open I took it back up there they would not take it back I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone to go to very horrible experience and I need this medicine ASAP was treated really rudely by the pharmacy techs

While I am not thrilled with the switch to Mercy pharmacy, I love seeing Cher every time I pick up meds. Not only does she remember me, she's friendly, professional, and a sunny asset to this team. She's the reason I continue to send my script there. Thank you Cher!!
