Very clean, came here to wash my comforters. Get here early bc it’s pretty busy if you need a big machine.You can wash/dry a king sized comforter in an hour though which is sick

The attendant did not immediately put an out of order sign on the machine. Rather she's young or not when dealing with the public that is paying for service rudeness and having an attitude is unacceptable. From previous reviews I seen that you make excuses for the bad experiences your company provides. Which is why I've also filed a review with the Better Business Bureau. Never did you address in your response about not refunding our starting your machines over when it's a problem on your end.Everything is fine as long as you don't have problems with the machines and have to deal with the attendants. They will not refund are restart the machines over for you. So you take the lost and have to spend more money to restart the machines. I've experienced this on two occasions and there will not be another.The young lady today, lack people skills. I told her the dryer isn't working she might want to put a sign on it. Her response "oh that one isn't working and I CANNOT give you your money back". Well, I didn't ask her for my money back at the time. I just didn't want the next person trying to use it. May have been their last quarter.Fix the machines or put out of order signs on them when it is brought to your attention. I can only imagine how money this busy is gaining from faulty machines.

Last night, I used this facility to do my laundry and washed a total of 10 loads. The debit card swipe feature on the machines is convenient, but it only functions properly on half of them, so you'll still need quarters for the others. I was quite disappointed to find that the machines seemed to be poorly cleaned, as three of my loads ended up with blue stains on the majority of the clothes. Furthermore, this location unfortunately lacks proper cooling and relies solely on fans, making it uncomfortably hot.

My new place to go "dew" my laundry. Much cleaner than The Laundry Basket in Ferguson. People aren't lying when they say the place is hot inside. I'm sweating my $&%@ off, otherwise I would've given the place 5 stars.

I only use for drying but for 2$ for 2 loads and 40 minutes of my time it’s well worth it. Very clean

Great laundromat to go to if your washing machine and dryer ever fail on you.They have a great selection of washing machines from single load machines to upwards of six load washing machines.Staff is incredibly friendly and greet you when you walk in the door!In addition they keep the place looking great!

This has been the best laundry mats I have been to in my life….extremely clean and never really crowded… a diamond in the rough for sure… kudos to the owners. Thank you for caring about your clients and ensuring your establishment delivers good service. This place deserves an membership detail to make sure it’s kept this way!

I recommend no one use this facility! None of the machines have hot water and they have no signs up informing you of that. Not only that but the machines are way over priced and most of them are out dated. Lastly the heat in the dryers are all manually turned down to make u spend more money than u should to dry your clothes! Worst laundry facility I’ve ever been to.

I've been coming here for a long time. I've tried other laundries near me and none of them measure up to this one. They keep their machines very clean.

First time here and the place is so clean. The industrial washers and dryers are amazing. If you ever need laundry done by the load I would highly recommend this place. The prices are reasonable and laundry time is great.

This place is very clean, various size washers that takes credit card payments and it wasn't crowded when I came (8:30am). I gave 4 stars due to the heat inside. It's super hot this summer and they have an air conditioner built in into the wall but it wasn't on nor was there an attendant to power it on. It does have huge industrial fans but it's blowing around heat....doors weren't open. Other than that, it's pretty clean and safe. It does have surveillance cameras which is great. Vending machines were stocked, coin machine works, has an ATM plus a detergent dispenser for your laundry needs. I used a 6 loader for $9 but they do have machines for less. $2 to dry for 30mins

I love how clean this facility is, but I have a problem that the attendant that don’t have on a make and he did not redirect the customers to put on mask. Very clean place, but is it safe? COVID-19 is real and people need to take this serious.
