Next day Update: Came 9:20am, it still isn’t ready and my face is even bigger today. My tip to you is if you need your prescription badly and or quickly, don’t send it here.
It’s okay to be short staffed at times. And, I will say they’re very nice at this pharmacy. However, they’ve let me down too many times.
I just switched to them in Jan 2024 due to my insurance preferring CVS. Since switching I’ve literally suffered more than I would have had I not chosen this CVS.
When my daughter was diagnosed with strep and needed those meds, plus her inhaler and strong eczema meds for a breakout they told me they were too short staffed and would have to fulfill it the next day. We were desperate and ended up having to call her doctor to call the prescription in someone else who could assist us that day.
I did still use this pharmacy after that. The Other times for me, I could wait— so I did. But yesterday I’m in that line, face swollen, can hardly see out my left eye. Diagnosed with shingles, desperate to begin the process to finally gain relief…. And, boom, they got me with the short staff and the we’ll prioritize it for tomorrow morning. At that point, I was too exhausted to attempt an alternative.
I have changed the location for my prescriptions moving forward to a CVS far away from me. I can’t play these ghetto games with these kids around North County. The other CVS on Lindbergh is like traveling somewhere you’ll need a weapon.
What are you good for if you can’t fulfill your purpose, CVS? You’re prolonging people’s suffering because y’all can’t get it together? I try to be understanding of things outside of peoples control. But, enough already. Consult an agency, or seek other opportunities for staff. You’ve been short staffed since January and it’s days from June.

The managers do not have a key to the deodorant case... NO ONE has a key to access freaking deodorant on Sunday ??? Do better. This literally makes no sense. So now I have to go somewhere else to get freaking DEODORANT!!!! Pathetic.

I called asking about the RSV shot and they told me that they were giving the shot but they don't have it in stock, so I asked when would it be in and they said they have no idea. STOP advertising something you don't have!!!;;;;;

CVS was running a promotion for $0.15 4x6 prints so I decided to utilize the photo service. Online CVS advertises 1 hour photo, but I waited over 24 hours before the store even began my prints. In fact, when I called the store to inquire about my order, I was told they wouldn't even print them until I got to the store. I agreed to go to this location because it was close, and I needed the prints done. When I arrived at the store my order was still not done even though I told the employee over the phone that I was on my way. The gentlemen at the front were courteous about it, but while I was waiting another employee came up with an attitude about the photo order. I asked her if she was the manager or assistant manager that I should be making my complaint too and she rolled her eyes, and I still don't have my answer. Just terrible. I do not recommend this location for photos period!

I called today to verify if my prescription was ready and the manager in pharmacy was so rude and disrespectful. She didn't allow me to talk and/or listen to my concerns. I will be contacting headquarters tomorrow and will never get my prescription filled again at CVS. Why do she feel she caN come in our community and treat our citizens with so much disrespect. Worst experience ever!!!!

WOW! I leave Walgreens across the street to come to CVS to get my basic medical question answered. And guess what, I was ignored once again & received no service from not one but two pharmacy techs. I now understand the rating of 2.9. Keep up the good work!

Every time I visit the CVS on Parker Road I have encountered friendly and professional employees. That says a lot to me in these days of poor customer service in so many places. I want to give a special shout out to the store manager, Baraka, who helped me with an issue with a photo order. Sure did appreciate him going above and beyond to get my order straightened out.

BEWARE‼️ CVS is trying to track you and sell your information to other vendors! The Parker store Clerk Markas is rude, arrogant obnoxious and thinks he’s CVS security! He refused to serve The customer in front of me and then refused to serve me purchasing a sinus rinse. JUST DO YOUR JOB if you identify yourself by putting in your CVS card phone number that should be enough. Why must I share my birthday with you too? People are trying to stay well and he is pushing his agenda and I didn’t buy from him! I felt disrespected that I had to explain to him that I am a graduate student and I know how to check out in a store line. He then asked for my ID. For what? Why would you give an angry man ID? he refused to check me out Because I refuse to share my ID. When did you start having to show an identification for a Saline and Water sinus rinse? Ironically I was able to go straight to the pharmacy department and purchase the same item without an issue! CVS is trying to track you and use your information to sell it to other vendors
