This pharmacy staff has to be the most unprofessional and rude staff I've ever dealt with! The prescriptions are never ready when you receive a notification that they are ready to be picked up. Not only are they not ready but they haven't been filled either. They also charged me full price for a prescription when it's covered by insurance, I had a refill on the doctor's note and the app said there would be no charge, they staff failed to explain the why there was a disconnect in the system and was rude about it in the process. If I didn't desperately need the prescription I would have canceled it. If you can help it, NEVER shop at this CVS Pharmacy. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!

"I recently went to CVS, and as a beginner, I was impressed with the store's appearance and shelves organization. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They explained everything to me in a straightforward manner. I plan to return to buy more over-the-counter medication, my prescription medication, and other products. I can even do some grocery shopping there, too. I highly recommend that you visit CVS as well. You will be pleasantly surprised!"

Went to pharmacy Sunday at 545 and was told they were closed. It is suppose to close at 6 but clerk was headed to back with her drawer in hand and said they were closed.

The wait to pick up a prescription in the drive thru line is ridiculous. I waited in line 42 minutes !. If they are filling prescriptions while people are waiting , this practice needs to stop. I don’t understand how this wait is so long regardless of what time of the day you get there.

We should all just shop with walgreens since that's the type of horrible service they give I use to like this location but these women have no class with no professionalism it is a guy there that was nice but them women are trash!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars!! This pharmacy is super Ghetto!! You call them and they tell you they are going to do something and that task/action item never happens. I understand being short staffed, but you can always be professional. I need you to transfer my prescriptions for my HEALTH not to annoy you. I will be filing a complaint with the the BBB because my experience has been horrible! When I call, you all seem annoyed. When I come in, you are annoyed. Do you know how many people would kill to have your jobs? Be grateful and pleasant. Just a hot ghetto mess!! Lawd, pray for me, y'all!

If you have your AARP card there is a back door to the batcave around the corner where you don't have to wait in line to get your prescription just FYI.
