I am new to CVS pharmacy and it is frustrating that I can't get my prescription filled at this time anywhere else. I would if I could because one staff member at this location in the pharmacy is rude and unfriendly. One particular worker looked at me with disrespectfully because I was making sure that I could pick up my prescription this evening after having to return now after a 3rd time. I confronted her and apologized if I had been rude to her by my question. She had the nerve to say it was because of how I was talking, but all I did was clarify when I could definitely come back to get my prescription! There is no excuse to be impatient when a customer needs to ask questions as many as needed to understand something! That is apart of their job. It is shameful that I was treated as if I did something wrong for asking a question to make sure that I could come back tonight to get what I needed. This one person truly has reflected poorly on the customer service quality of CVS! I am definitely going to transfer to someplace different. Just disappointing!

Came in here for a quick purchase. Ample parking, clean store, friendly staff and speedy service. No complaints.

This CVS looks so cool (the setup is amazing), and the CVS brand prices are pretty great!! It only took 15 minutes to get my script filled aswell, so thats a huge plus! Staff was very kind. Definitely recommend!

Each time I need a prescription, I send it here because it's a convenient location. However, staffing always seems to be an issue because it take 10 minutes roughly per car in the drive thru. Service: 1 of 5. Manager should reassess staffing plan and/ or scheduling. I am never in a rush when I come because I know I'll be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes. Also, going inside does not speed the process up.

I have never felt the need to post a negative review until now; but DANG the techs are rude. I ended up walking away from the counter and transferring my prescription elsewhere. First I waited at the counter for 15 minutes, the techs ignoring me. Then finally one sighs as loud as possible and comes up to me with the worst attitude, I would understand if they were busy but they weren't. I was the only one there (no cars in the drive through either). I tried saying hi to the lady she ignores me. Asked her if she could scan my one item (so I could pay for it with my pills) and she said no. Then the card machine malfunctioned and her reaction just made me walk off. Literally the worst attitude like she wanted to fight, I work in retail too and I don't even think I'd treat someone I didn't like that terribly if I were to run into them. Quit your job if you hate it that much, lady. Dang.

It's werid at late night them not having a checker at register you have to use self check machine.whixh I'm fine with but the lady standing up front as security or ? Was not friendly at all and no help.

I sure wish they rotated their employee lunch hours instead of the entire pharmacy being gone at the same time so people could pick up their prescriptions on THEIR lunch hours.

My daughter had a prescription called in after midnight this morning and she desperately needed it. I kept checking the app through other night so I can go get it and to no avail, it still said in process. When I got up this morning and called, he told me that it'll be 1 more hour...HOW??!!!! I truly hate that Walgreens closed most of their 24 hour pharmacies. The closest one is about 20 minutes away. Guarantee I will be going there from now on. I hate that I had to give this 1 star to review...

Zero stars. I went here July 13,2021 at 2:30pm. Waited at the checkout with one other person for about 5 minutes with self checkout closed. The older woman in front of me was treated very poorly. The employee was not polite to her at all. Was direct to the point of being rude. Quite honestly, I don't think the result would have been the same had the woman not been an older Asian woman. Very disappointing. Silver lining: I was helped by Harley who checked me out with politeness.

I wish I was able to give this location a -50 . I'm not sure what has happened with the staff but it's the absolute worse now! I call and an NEVER get someone on the phone. I literally held for 40 mins before getting in my car and driving to the location while still holding and the person working basically told me that he wasn't answering phone calls. I used the app earlier this week asking for a prescription to be refilled & 5 days later I sent my husband to pick up the medication & they gave him a prescription that I hadn't even asked for. I went back to the app it still says in process. WTF!!! What the hell is wrong with this pharmacy?? I will be transferring my prescriptions.

I wish I could give this CVS Pharmacy 0 stars because they employ some of the rudest pharmacy techs I have ever encountered. Especially Amanda. From the moment my girlfriend and encountered her to pick up my prescription (I am on quarantine due COVID-19) to the time that she left, Amanda treated her with complete contempt and rudeness. I had already prepaid for the prescriptions and yet Amanda made my girlfriend pay again. I have the charges on my credit card statement. She insulted my girlfriend repeatedly and never once showed any remorse. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere to fill your prescriptions!
