Incredibly rude and unprofessional pharmacy manager. She’s bound to put customers’ health at risk by being completely unfit for her job. I’m filing a complaint with CVS as well as NYC. If you have the option, go to a Walgreens.

This place has went from good to bad to worse! First I return an item only to get home and discover the cashier kept my receipt. How could I return anything else on the receipt if u didn't give it back to me? Tried to call and no 1 ever answered and that happened on purpose. They not doing they job and it's no excuse for it! Never liked cvs anymore than Walgreens, it's just that Walgreens across the street is just as bad and didn't feel like driving all the way to target. After today I have no choice but to go to target cuz I'm not coming bk to that Walgreens or cvs!

I have on multiple occasions called the pharmacy over a period of several weeks trying to see if my prescription is ready. I didn't want to drive over and then find out it wasn't ready for pick up. I have been left on hold for 7 mins or more on many times when picking up a prescription

I've called multiple times only to be on hold for an hour twice to renew my medication. Never have I been on hold for that long at any other CVS.

This is the worst pharmacy for answering the phone. I waited an our for the pharmacy to answer, they never did. My doctor called in a prescription for me on Monday, the prescription was still getting filled on Wednesday, the medicine was in shock. I'm done with this store.

I don't know what's going on with this place. I have been going here for a few years with little to no issues. Now I have been waiting on my prescriptions for weeks, the cvs app does not work, they have stopped text notifications. O can't get a hold of anyone on the phone there. The first attempt I was on hold for 41 minutes. I tried again and still can't get a human on the phone.

09/08/2020 EDIT:So, I don't know what happened, but this pharmacy is awful now. You can use their mobile app or phone service to request your prescriptions be filled, but they won't actually fill them until you call in a few days later asking why they're not filled. This has happened to me every single time within the last two months. Today was the last straw. I ordered my medicine one week ago today, and they still hadn't filled it. When I called and asked why, they said "we're a little behind." By a week?!? Yeah, thanks. I'll go somewhere else.We use this CVS for the pharmacy and let me tell you! There is one pharmacy tech there who works the drive-thru, and he is just amazing. He's always so nice, has a positive attitude, and is absolutely hilarious. We transferred my daughter's prescriptions here simply because of his outstanding customer service. I wish I knew his name to give him credit!

Ive been on hold for 45 minutes and no one has answered. My dr sent my prescription in 10 DAYS AGO and it still isnt ready. This is by far the worst pharmacy ive been to.

I held on line for over an hour for pharmacy and no one picked up the line. So I drive to the pharmacy and waited another 45 minutes for a prescription they’ve had for 9 hrs. This is ridiculous!!!!Extremely slow service and only 1 pharmacist working.

Horrible RUDE customer service! Will be contacting corporate on the poor customer service received on today... Most are fortunate to have a job but not the two cashiers!!! Very ungrateful.
