I'm leaving NO STARS!! My baby boy developed a cough late last year and all they would do was an x-ray. So his cough became progressively worse. A few days before the new year, I called and they stated they would be closed for 3 straight days.....what vet is closed for 3 straight days!!! So without doing blood work, they prescribed my dog hydrocodone homatropine....to a dog that has an enlarged heart. It was extremely negligent! 2 days later....my baby boy died!!! I've thought about suing them, but it won't bring my baby back! I highly recommend no one taking their dog there at all. They were negligent and it was medical malpractice.

My Angel loves this Clinic...she runs in and just gets her tummy rub. I love it be cause the Doctors are awesome and also the staff is nice with the Pets...also helpful.

I gave an extra star because they were able to get us in for an emergency visit. We brought our 9 week old shorkie puppy here for an emergency visit in hopes of finding out why he wasn't eating or being as active as he normally was. the staff was ok, but when it was time to go back to the exam room, she pointed and told us where to go.... idk, I just felt like we should have been escorted back seeing as that it was our first time there. The vet hadn't even assessed our dog before telling us there was nothing he could do. He literally walked in the room and started talking about how there was "nothing he could do." There was no empathy shown; he literally told us the dog was going to die and ran down his pricing for cremation services. -___- I was just taken aback at how he showed no remorse or anything for us and our dying puppy. Our 4 & 5 year old children were present, he didn't even take that into consideration either.

12/10 experience! The staff is absolutely amazing and Dr. Jones is wonderful. I am so happy we found such an amazing place to take our fur babies!!

Cross keys and the staff are amazing to me and my fur babies. I am never afraid to call and ask a question about something that seems off with one of my kids and they are really amazing with reassurance and professionalism!! My dogs love Dr. Capel and Dr. Jones and I love the small local vet because I feel like family.

I will never go anywhere else! My first visit was emotional as I had to make the decision to let my cat pass. The staff was so understanding and supportive. I will continue to trust them with my furbabies. Best in the area!!

You cannot find a better place to care for your fur babies! Dr. Jones has been a (literal) life saver for my dogs. The entire Cross Keys staff is so supportive and helpful, and I wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. They are affordable, knowledgeable, and kind. It's refreshing to find a vet office that truly cares about their patients.

The vet and staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the decor and local vibe. Our dog had an issue with allergies, and the vet was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable as he diagnosed and prescribed a solution. The whole experience was straight forward, including the cost. No hidden fees or price gauging. We'll be back!

All of the staff is the best. Very efficient, helpful and take great love & care of my Stuart. Dr. Randy Jones is the best... Dr. Theresa Bruemmer was wonderful yesterday when Randy was not available at the time... Thank you for your excellent service!!
