This is my ll time favorite phone place. They customer service is wonderful. Most times it do not take them long to fix you phone. The attitudes are always wonderful. Even on my bad day they make me laugh going in there. The atmosphere of the store is amazing the energy of the stuff is the best in the city. Big C always makes sure I’m good no matter it’s a watch tablet or me breaking my screen a millions times

Do NOT under any circumstances take your phone here for repair. Took an iPhone here that had a cracked screen. Literally two months later the screen went black and wouldn't show any signs of life. After taking it to Apple for inspection, they told me this store damaged the inside while repairing the screen. I took it back to the store and they tried to charge me again to repair what they damaged. If you have an iPhone, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE.
