My deposit was put into the wrong account today by drive thru teller, so I tried going into the lobby, it was closed.When i pulled back around to ask to inform the teller of her mistake, another lady greeted me on the matter very rudely.She said what we are not going to do is reprimand the teller in the drive through. I told her the lobby was closed and just wanted to know why this particular teller has done this 3 times over past 6 months. She responded very rudely once again. saying we are not going to reprimand her period.Nothing major not "reprimanding" just asking nicely for an explanation...do not deserve to be talked to like this.Not sure why the disrespect happened this morning, told lady i am considering transferring my money to another bank over being addressed so rudely...she didn't seem to care.For the past 3 years, I have been fine with having my money at commercial bank, they have great security measures that are appreciated, but the way you conduct yourself to customers should be very important to you as well.Not dropping names. just don't appreciate my experience at the bank today.
