I’m trying to figure out why would Commerce Bank put a hold on money that is deposited into the ATM, at 11am.. It’s cash, not a check. Why would you only make available half of my money that’s cash? After checking my account they debited half of the money that I deposit, and the balance reflects an amount that didn’t include my full deposit. That makes no sense no matter how you try to explain it.Like I said the explanation that you all give to try and justify why you do it makes no sense. Don’t ration out our money. This was a cash deposit. If there is fraud I’m sure there is some other way you can monitor deposits. All banks don’t do this when a deposit is being made by a certain time of day. It’s no excuse. You have some of the most unorthodox rules when compared to other banks.

I was in and out in 5 minutes. I was greeted soon as i walked in. I sat down and talked to a rep. I was tired from a hard day at work. She made my visit simple and happy on a Friday! Great job. I thought it was weird at first, the person greeted me was the same one helping me. I love it.

Drive Through is rather slow, and isn't necessarily in order of arrival. I was bothered that their pneumatic tubes aren't very powerful, and they SLOWLY return your withdrawal to you. I was worried about my debit card and cash getting caught in the tube! I needed small bills, otherwise I would have used the ATM. I should have gone to Cross Keys branch, where none of these problems occur.

Tried to deposit one check in machine. The macine refused my card about 6 times. It is to big a hassle to go inside to get it corrected. I don't carry deposit slipsIt kept telling me it read the chip. Then when i put it back in and it rejected it. Fonally accepted it on the 7th time. What was the problem? They only have one machine now and I do everything else on line.

This commerce bank is inconveniently slow. Be prepared to hold your horses about 30 minutes give or take. I assume they’re short staffed. It’s been BAD the past month. If you’re reading this, tell your family commerce bank is hiring please!

DO NOT BANK WITH COMMERCE BANK. Yesterday I was informed by Ann B. with Commerce Bank Customers Claim Department that all of Commerce Bank policy’s are not written down. Then when I questioned Ann about how can something be a “policy” if it’s not in writing in any Commerce Bank documents that was provided to me when I opened my and my minor child account. Neither was Tamara Lackland (Branch Manager III) or Ann B. able to provide me with any documentation that says a custodian of a minors savings account can not deposit a payroll check made payable to the custodian in the minors account for funds to be used for the minors benefit. Question if policy’s are not documented how will Commerce Bank workers and the customers like myself be able to follow them if we are unaware of what Commerce Bank policy’s are? Ann B responded “not all our policy’s are available for customers to view.” Like I told Banker #84500 (at Lindbergh branch), Tamara L. (Lindbergh branch manager), Tony (very helpful Contact Center representative), Jovonna S. (very helpful Contact Center Supervisor), and Ann B. (over customer care), and Leeandra (very helpful Contact Center Representative) that this was not the first time that this check was deposited into my child’s savings account for his benefit. As of yesterday 9/10/19 at around 3:00pm is when I took my own advice and closed my and my minor child remaining accounts with Commerce Bank. Regions down the street where I was directed to go by Tamara help me understand that Commerce Bank FAILED to listen, understand, and work with me as a value member yesterday. I will contact the BBB today as well to see if this is a true policy that Commerce Bank on Lindbergh and Vandeventer failed to follow multiple times or did Banker #84500, Tamara L., and Ann B. not care enough about their jobs yesterday to uphold Commerce Bank mission and values that I once admired.

Took 20 minutes just to make a $100 deposit, being the transaction taking too high I rang the buzzer and asked for my money back, not while being rudely interrupted.
