Cayla , Matt and the whole team are very friendly. They also understand banking and how to meet the needs of their clients. I recommend CNB bank especially the Florissant branch.

Matt at the Florissant branch was super helpful & fixed all my card issues when I had to order internationally. Been banking with CNB for years & am never disappointed with the customer service. A+!

Horrible experience when I entered the Bank. Walked in 8 minutes prior to the Bank closing and everyone was looking at my son and I as if we weren’t suppose to be there. I said to the teller, “why is everyone looking crazy”. Her response was we close at 5pm. Unfortunately Ms. Teller your required to work til your shift is over rather someone enters the establishment 2 minutes prior to closing, it’s your job to create a friendly environment and assist the customer. My son was excited about cashing his first check through his first Employer and having to experience something like this was totally unnecessary. Good thing about this outcome the check was for another CNB Bank and we won’t ever have to step foot in this bank ever again.

I have been a customer of Citizens National Bank at their Florissant location for quite some time. They have been so professional and helpful to me with all of my banking needs. They are all wonderful and treat me as if my needs are the most important at that moment. Specifically, Annie Eck and Tamekia Juszczyk have been so very helpful! I would recommend this bank and location to all of my friends and family. Bank here with confidence! Thanks so much!

I went to CNB after Bank of America shut down on St. Francois. I'm so glad to be away from Bank of America; the service there was terrible and the fees were outrageous. At CNB I never have to wait in line, and the tellers and personal bankers are the most courteous and nicest people you could ever want to meet.

Such a friendly place to do business with. Excellent and personal service...feels like home. They even serve coffee and cookies every day!

Ignore the Idiot named Lizzy. I guess this is someone with some sort of weird vendetta. If you want a truly awful bank try one of the greedy Sub Prime MBS criminals such as Shi _ _y Bank or Skank of America. I was fortunate that when BOA closed the Old Town Branch I wandered into CNB. This is the greatest bank I've ever seen. Pure and simple. Unlike the old BOA these guys have excellent drive up service. Always sufficient tellers so never a wait. Also these are experienced people (unlike BOA who only hired GED level tellers whom they could enslave and overwork at minimum wage. CNB Online services (including phone ap) are good and functional. Best thing-- these guys treat you like a billionaire client. Unbelievable personal service. Unlike with the big banks You can actually call them on the phone and ALWAYS get one of the actual employees rather than an outsourced phone jockey. More than 50 years banking-- This is hands down the Greatest bank I've ever seen. Up your a_ _ Lizzy... If you had any sort of moral compass you'd redact all that nonsense and write something honest.

It was horrible! Linda Yakel was very short and bitchy. I will never come here again!
