I think they use fake parts. My Face ID don’t work and my phone is saying it’s unknown parts. This was a waste of time and money for me. I would not recommend them and honestly I’m surprised they have 4.8 stars. Took my phone to Apple and they said I basically got scammed with parts from china.

Took my phone to get fixed here front and back screen, paid almost $200 and the screen broke the very next day, the phone won’t stay powered on without a charger, screen turning black at the bottom, Face ID doesn’t work, keyboard no aligned properly. Brung it back 2 days later for them to tell me I can pay again to get everything fixed. Please don’t waste your money.
Responding to the response below.. the Face ID never worked since I picked it up, the phone was already powering it off before i dropped it, when i dropped the phone i was at home and the phone was in a case and the back still shattered proving that they use cheap material, the keyboard was already touching the wrongs keys which i expected with a new screen, he told me that my battery was swollen which is why the back shattered off one drop but during the time of the fix i never received a call stating that i should fix the battery to avoid this issue I didn’t even know about the battery being swollen until after the back shattered. The screen is still turning black at the bottom and he states that’s normal. He states he was never able to fix my Face ID while repairing the screen. I’m just just confused on why fix a phone that you claim had so many issues u couldn’t fix ? Why not call and have me pick my phone back up instead ? Very inconsiderate. Again only had the phone 2 days since I’ve paid them!

Hey my phone died out on me. so I took it to cellphone and computer genius . The change my charger port and put a new screen . Really fast . If your phone sone go to cell phone genius .
