After waiting for over 3 hours for service, I was told that more work (which I did not know was being done until after the fact) was being done and charged to me.
I will never bring another vehicle here.

I initially had work completed at the Jennings location (horror story) and had to speak with the general manager who sent me to their Florissant location (thankfully) Amber and her crew are amazing they took really good care of me and corrected the situation. They restored my faith in the company and I will be returning to this location if there is any other issues that my vehicle may have. Thanks Amber & Crew you guys are AMAZING!! ?
