Arrived 3 minutes before closing to a rude and irresponsible man that is NOT the owner and was joking about locking the doors. I told him I drove past 3 dry cleaners and could go elsewhere and he said "okay go ahead". I asked was he the owner and he said no. I said I would let the owners know how he treats long time customers. I took my clothing back with me and will take my business elsewhere. He said he doesn't care. I'd be interested to see if the owners care. I hope the owners see my review and ask the worker to be more respectful and professional in the future.

Clothes returned half cleaned. Barely pressed. Ok if you dont have spots on your clothes. 150 dollars of cleaning. They returned monies for 4 items. I was devastated. Leaving town with dirty clothes.

Would be nice if I could ever get ahold of someone at this store. I've called at different times and dates, but still cannot get ahold of anyone! Possibly consider hiring an additional person if everyone is too busy doing laundry. The only reason why I wanted to use this company is because they're literally less than 5 mins away from my house. I don't have time to drive to a business that can't even answer my phone calls ever.

I've dropped off several items here in the past and have always had great service. Clothes were always ready when promised and price is fair. Any stains have always been marked when I dropped the items off, so no problems when picking up. The one time I needed my item before it was promised, they were able to adjust the pickup time with no additional charge (didn't hurt to ask).

Had an old suite that had some pretty bad stains and they got it clean. Glad I found I could save it instead of buying a new suit.

don't bother. i only came here bc its by my moms, figured one stop shop. have a comforter that has been taken over by my dog since he was a puppy. the first time i washed it myself and fluffed it out (its a down comforter) it was pure white and smelled like my handy dandy Tide. the 2nd time it was cleaned at American cleaners, came back perfect! this time it came back smelling clean...and thats it! now this comforter is quite gross. pee stains. random other stains. it still had the faint yellow spots and was just still dirty. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT CHECKING IT WHEN I PICKED IT UP. So i call to let them know its still gross...and dude seriously tried to convince me that the stains wouldn't come out and he uses specially trained ppl. seriously? ok gave u a chance to rectify. i went to American cleaners around the way who gave me a discount and now i have a white comforter again...with no damn stains. waste of 30 bucks. could have just washed the shit myself

Exceptional service. Independently owned and managed, the owner is always looking toward customer happiness. It has a lot of regulars to which the owner knows by name. The employees are all very friendly. The actual service is great. Price is good, not the best but well worth the quality of the clean. Offers fast service and tailoring on request. The general strip area is nice with lots of food. There's a police station next to the cleaners so you're always feeling a little safer. I personally have been going for several years and will not change.
