They will ignore you as if your not even standing there. The worker( white guy) was on the phone with his lady walking back and forth. Not at any moment did he say "I'll be right with you" or "give me a second".

Spoke to customer care rk remove 2 lines from my family plan and just leave my main line. Didn't get the courtesy text of your phone bill is due in a day so it slipped my mind. So at the store while speaking with customer care asked the representative 2 times that once she removes the 2 lines and as soon as we get off the phone I can pay my phone bill with the representative in the store and my services will be restored she replied yes. The representative in the store even asked the same thing she said yes. Once she reminded the lines she said it takes 4 hours to 48 hours for the ticket she created to be complete. So now all of a sudden I am told I can pay my phone bill but will have to wait 2 days for my phone to be on which is a bunch of BS. Boost mobile you all suck for this. You do not care about your customers and you show it. You all jump throw hoops to get new business but once you get someone and once they are a customer you don't do anything to keep them. You have to understand people have a choice and I'd they choose you why can't you show them why you choose them back, that's something you should try and mean. Now me as a single mother, a widow of a man that was murdered has to move around the city with no way to communicate with the world for 2 days because of what the fact that I changed my plan on a pre paid account that makes absolutely no sense at all. You won't give extension not even a day. You all are all about the money and it shows. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will never come back. I won't recommend Boost and will make sure any customers, friends, or family I know that have Boost I will tell them to leave and help them go to the next carrier I move to. Also y'all should change the name it's not customer care or support, the representative had me in tears because once I leave home if my kids need me I won't know until I get home on wifi for 48 hours that's messed up horribly...y'all straight suck.

Bad Service with the tall guy at this store he was charging$185 when at other store 1 was charged $147 for same processing of me switching phone company I will never return to that store N Lindbergh ? again or will recommend that place

THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO WORK FOR I RECEIVED AN OFFER LETTER WICH I HAVE AND IT WAS FOR $15 HR AND THEY ONLY PAID ME 10.30 AN HR AND MY BROTHER IN LAW LETTER IS 13 AN HR AND GOT PAID 10.30 AN HR BECAUSE WE ONLY STAYED FOR A WEEK BECAUSE WE GOT A BETTER OPPORTUNITY I CALLED THE LABOR AND WAGES DEPARTMENT AND THEY TOLD ME SHE ONLY PAID US THAT BECAUSE SHE KNOWS SHE CAN GET AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE SHE AT LEAST PAID MINIMUM WAGE AND ALSO HER OLDER EMPLOYEES THERE DON'T EVEN MAKE 15 AN HR SHE PAYS MORE TO NEW PPL SHE HIRES SO IF YOU WRK FOR HER ASK FOR WHAT YOU ARE WORTH OR ELSE WORK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY I WAS THERE ONE WEEK AND THE LADY WHO WORKED WITH ME ALSO LEFT THAT JOB SATURDAY THE COMPANY I AM TALKING ABOUT HAS BODY MOBILE STORES BUT THE COMPANY'S BABE IS KG PREMIER IF YOU TAKE A POSITION WITH THEM ITS UNDER YOUR OWN RISK ALSO WHEN YALL BUY FROM THEM MAKE SURE YOU CHECK RECEIPTS BECAUSE EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO SELL MINIMUM FROM 40 TO 150 DOLLARS IN ACCESSORIES SO BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE PLIZ CHECK BECAUSE THEY TAKE NO RETURNS SO MAKE SURE YOU ONLY PAY WHAT YOU ARE GOING FOR

DO NOT BUY FROM BOOST ON LINDBERGH!! They will oversell extra items in a "bundle" without telling you! Nadia told me to pick a case and when I told her I don't want one she said and I quote "they're literally free" They weren't free! I had no idea I'd bought earbuds until I found them in my bag and they do not accept returns on accessories which you never meant to buy in the first place! This is not a boost mobile store but a "license retailer" so boost will not remedy their terrible service. Charged me $25 to return the phone and I'm out $50 for the accessories and the $35 activation fee I could have done myself. It's a setup, cannot say it enough, DO NOT BUY HERE! Beware, this store is not associated with boost, they are an independent dealer. If you have any issues with something they sold you good luck getting help from boost. They sold us $50 worth of accessories that they said were free but we were charged for. Evidently they were included in a bundle price and not free like they told us. We did not want the extra stuff and they would not let us return them. Make sure you know what you are paying for before you finalize the sale.
